I was so tired of buying the thin wire needle threaders and breaking the threader and the needle loop in the process. I thought there must be a better way. I saw this product and decided to give it atry but BEWARE there are no instructions included with product I almost sent it back as I didn't know how it worked, so a slightly lower rating because of it not containgany instructions. I haven't been able to use any of them because when I try to they break And I'm not going to get a refund because it cost too much money to take me to the drop off location.

    • works for hand-sewing needles, not for machine needles
This does work for hand-sewing needles with medium to large eyes. The hook will go through small needle eyes, but the hook plus the thread is too much to come back through small eyes. There is simply no way to use this on a sewing machine needle, unless you remove the needle from the machine. You have to be able to put the needle into a hole on the end, and there isn't room. ... show more

Plastic hook is broken off if ALL of them. They are very flimsy and don’t work properly. The thread rips and shreds when you pull it out. These need thrown in the garbage. Ain’t nobody got time to have to take these pos to a store for a return.
