This is very easy to program, you do have to re-enter the code to actually close the door after it’s been open for a bit. But for the price I can’t complain, beats the high price of the branded wall keypad

Battery life is still going strong a month or so later and they key pad matched up and worked perfectly with my opener. I have no complaints and it handled what i needed just fine.

Update: Demoted a star because you need to enter code in order close the garadge door. The original Liftmaster keypad does not require a code to close the door. In addition, if you disable the remote option with the wired control, this keypad will not work. The original keypad works even if you disable the remote option. Quality: This keypad is identical to the original, that came with the garage door and should last years. Functionality: This keypad replaced a 10 year old keypad for a Chamberland garage door unit. Once programmed, the keypad works as specified. Make certain to follow the programming instructions exactly. I recommend this product considering the quality, functionality and price.
