This ice maker works really well. The thing is, if you don’t have a floor-level drain nearby, you’ll need to get a condensation pump. It’s also recommended to have a dedicated 20-amp circuit. While it’s not absolutely required, it helps prevent issues—especially if you have other devices like a fridge or microwave on the same circuit, which can cause the breaker to trip.

Great little machine. Much out about 15-20 pounds of ice a night. Storage bin is a little small, but if you empty it once before bed another load is ready for the morning.

Simple machine, easy installation. Makes plenty of ice. We like it very much. My only wish is that this machine recycled the water from the ice melt instead of discharging to the drain. That being said, this machine is an exceptional value and appears to be reliably running after two months.. Will update review if there are any reliability issues in the first year. Update #1: Two months of use and the machine is going strong. We had a recent power power bill increase which prompted me to put a power consumption meter on this machine which shows that it uses consistent 1 kWh per day so it is costing us approximately $.22 per day to run it in Florida. I consider this to be a great value and fully within machine specification. This machine remains very good value and low maintenance.

The media could not be loaded. Great product! I have another one that I have installed at my church and we bought this one for home. It works so great. Makes so much ice. Not loud and super easy to install. I love the way it looks and it is a great price for what you get. Highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. I am making some small improvements to my home and thought this would make a nice upgrade to my patio / deck. We have a gazebo planned for construction to keep everything nice and dry, protected from the elements, so this felt like a good addition to the setup. Around the corner is a water line that we can attach to the ice maker (it needs a dedicated water line to run correctly) and the excess water that drains from the bottom goes through one of the included hoses directly into a nearby garden bed. You can adjust the included feet to keep this level if you're floor is a little uneven. No issues cycling through the menu on the front to adjust the different styles of ice offered. For exceptionally hot days, I'd say to let this run about 1/2 hour before you plan on heading outside or start grilling or anything so you have a decent amount of ice to start with.

Made ice for one day. Now it’s got a constant full light on with zero ice in it. The ice level lever is fine and not jammed. My advice is if you do decide to buy, purchase the extended warranty. Follow up 5/25/2025 After my original review the Company reached out to me to resolve the problem. After some e-mails back in forth along with submitting detailed pictures, they sent me a replacement which I received today. I haven’t set it up yet and will review again once it’s installed but will say the customer service provided was great
