We've had this about a month; so far, so good. It does NOT come with a drain tube. Be aware of that. It needs a dedicated space and I do not recommend using outdoors. It has done a nice job with the ice. Some reviews were correct in saying that it is not cold enough to keep the ice hence no outdoor use. It tells you when it's making ice and gives a countdown. Very helpful. It's pretty quick too. The quality of the ice is great. They're cubed shaped and easy to break up. It's not very loud and I feel it was a great buy. It is not as tall as I expected. I pretty happy with our purchase.

Bought it in march and worked for about 4 months and now it just keeps saying Err we’ve changed out the filters and the changed the lines and still no ice. It’s junk. Not to mention that the instructions are useless.

This ice maker works really well. The thing is, if you don’t have a floor-level drain nearby, you’ll need to get a condensation pump. It’s also recommended to have a dedicated 20-amp circuit. While it’s not absolutely required, it helps prevent issues—especially if you have other devices like a fridge or microwave on the same circuit, which can cause the breaker to trip.

Filter leaks at the connectors. Just eliminate it and it works ok. It doesn’t stay very cold it’s like a cheap cooler so it melts pretty quickly. Not all that super quiet but not bad. It doesn’t hold all that much

Simple machine, easy installation. Makes plenty of ice. We like it very much. My only wish is that this machine recycled the water from the ice melt instead of discharging to the drain. That being said, this machine is an exceptional value and appears to be reliably running after two months.. Will update review if there are any reliability issues in the first year. Update #1: Two months of use and the machine is going strong. We had a recent power power bill increase which prompted me to put a power consumption meter on this machine which shows that it uses consistent 1 kWh per day so it is costing us approximately $.22 per day to run it in Florida. I consider this to be a great value and fully within machine specification. This machine remains very good value and low maintenance.

Great little machine. Much out about 15-20 pounds of ice a night. Storage bin is a little small, but if you empty it once before bed another load is ready for the morning.
