I love this set! I usually use stainless steel frying pans, but cleaning them can be tedious. I bought this to keep my cooking toxin free and I love every piece. They have weight and the lids are great. Much easier to clean than stainless steel.

Original review: I love this set. The ceramic coating. It is more slippery than regular non-stick surfaces. I also appreciate that no chemicals leach into our food. Some lids have built in strainers. My only complaint is that the largest pan should come with a lid. I looked for one to buy separately, but it doesn’t appear that Zwilling makes one to fit. I bought one from a third party. Update: Lowered from five stars to one star. Three months into owning them and two pieces began peeling around the edges (see third pic). I contacted Zwilling and they will replace them according to their two year warranty. I called them once and they called me back once, but I’m still waiting for the return info they’re supposed to send by email (I must send the two defective pieces back before they will send new ones). The biggest surprise is that they told me I shouldn’t use the pots and pans past medium heat on the stovetop (?!?) and that I shouldn’t wash them in the dishwasher, even though they are “dishwasher safe”. I had to reach out to Zwilling again the next day because I received no email. I asked the new rep if we could simply return or exchange the set. She said they “can’t” because it was purchased in March. I corrected her and explained that they choose not to accept the return or replace, even though the product is not as described. Now they are going send “similar” replacement pieces. Similar…. I thought Zwilling was an upstanding company. I’m very disappointed and will steer clear in the future. Update 2: Upon closer inspection, all pots and pans are peeling. Zwilling (to their credit) is replacing the entire set, but advised to: 1) Wash by hand, 2) Don’t use more than medium heat on burners, 3) Coat with butter after each use. As a non-professional cook, this is ridiculous. Had I been aware of any of these conditions, I NEVER would have purchased the set. They will not take the set back and will not let me “buy up” and pay the difference for a better set. I will keep returning pots and pans that begin to peel throughout our two-year warranty period. ... show more

I love this set, the fact that it heats evenly is exactly what I had been searching for. The bonus is how easily it cleans, wow! I love the durability of the cookware, giving a 4 star because after having this set for a year, the non stick coating has started to chip in my 2 qt saucepan.
