Ziri has GREAT customer service!!
The media could not be loaded. I bought 3 of these to use at the bar we just had built. Extremely easy to put together without any assistance. However, one of them had issues. After putting it together, I could not get it to rise up in height [see 1st picture]. I proceeded to request a return of the stool on Amazon. I was quickly contacted by Ziri to discuss the problem. They said the issue was likely due to a faulty gas lift cylinder. I received a replacement cylinder promptly. One of their customer service representatives sent video links for how to remove the faulty cylinder and then put the replacement in its place. They contacted me again about a week later to see if I was satisfied with the outcome. DEFINITELY!! I highly recommend their products. Excellent quality for the price!!

Perfect design
Size: Trumpet Base
Color: Grey
Very nice and very comfortable. This barstool is not "prime" but Zuri Furniture was very prompt to give me a response and to send me a new base (which had scratches). The customer service is very great.

perfect - exactly as pictured. Love it
Size: Trumpet Base
Color: White
high quality - sturdy base with nice rubber ring floor protector. I like the stainless finish - it hides fingerprints over the chrome finishes. The air pressure up and down works great and feels high quality and solid! The foot rests are sturdy. Everyone who sits on them comments on how comfy they are . the backrest is not too far back - you don't feel like you are going to fall backwards

Worth the price.
Size: Trumpet Base
Color: Dark Blue
Excellent product! We have been through several crappy sets of barstools so we were skepticle of buying a set at this price. We were not disappointed. Finely crafted and sooooo much stronger than other adjustable stools on the market. Material quality is great. We were missing one set of hardware when delivered, but customer service got it out to us without a hassle. Very pleased.

Can't recommend highly enough!!!!!!!!!!
Size: Trumpet Base
Color: Grey
We are furnishing a new home and ordering many items on line. These chairs hands-down have been the best and most surprising purchase so far. The quality far exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do them justice. They're even more gorgeous in person. The leather is super-soft and elegant. The stainless steel is beautiful and fingerprint resistant. The base makes the chair very sturdy. Love the up/down control!

Love the adjustable height feature!
I needed modern looking barstools that were adjustable to use for a cocktail-style arcade game table - these were the perfect solution! The barstools came very quickly and were super easy to put together. They seem sturdy and look great in the room. They swivel and the height is adjustable - both a must! Couldn't be happier!

Beautiful bar stool with stainless bottom
Size: Trumpet Base
Color: Grey
I've had these bar stools for several months now and I am very pleased with purchase. Bar stools are easily cleaned and the stainless bottoms are easily maintained with a stainless cleaner. Bar stools are very comfortable for most body types, I received lots of comments on contemporary look of the stools.
