  • Not worth buying!
Color: Jet Black
I thought the features were awesome and when it arrived, I was impressed with the perceived quality. However it looks on the outside, there are problems on the inside. The charging requirements were odd and necessitated that I timed and monitored the process but not a deal breaker. The first unit I bought, the air compressor didn't work. It started to pump up a tire then became sporadic, then failed completely, so I returned it in exchange for another of the same unit. The return was easy, and replacement arrived timely. The replacement unit had charging problems and would throw error codes during charging. It would only charge to 84% on initial charging cycle. On the replacement unit, the air pump wouldn't pump up a tire beyond 96psi. The unit claims to be rated for 260psi. My RV tires require 125psi which is one of the reasons I bought this unit. It is worth noting that the digital gauge only has two LEDs and no spot for a 3rd decimal. Thinking the remaining features may make it worth keeping, and a full draw down and recharge may correct the battery charging issue, problem with lead acid, I tested them. The solar charger is a joke and produced 0.5 watts per hour - if you can leave it in the sun for a year to charge that may not be a problem for you. The jump feature produced less than 100 cold cranking amps so may be ok for a lawn mower but had no way to jump start my RV generator nor anything but a small car on a warm day. I boondock and occasionally run my batteries down too low to start my generator, which was another reason I bought this unit. This made testing the remaining features a waste of time, so I have returned the second unit for a refund. Amazon is great about returns but it is still a pain and waste of time when a product doesn't work as advertised. In my personal opinion, I suggest you don't bother buying this unit. It's a shame because it has great features and appearance of quality, but in all likelihood, you'll end up returning it, or worse, have it fail on you when you need it. ... show more

  • Does what it says, air gauge inaccurate
Color: Jet Black
2026 Update: Still working well, battery has degraded slightly so the charge only stays at about 90 percent, but everything still functions. Air compressor function has been used quite heavily over the last couple years, and still works fine. Still my pick if you want something so multi-functioned but for a dedicated inflator something with a setting for the pressure would be nice. Does everything it's supposed to well. Haven't used the 12v port yet, but the inverter function served well during a power outage, I've used the inflator regularly for several month(Slow leak in a tire I haven't been able to resolve), the jump function boosted a flat-dead 3400 motor and only discharged about 5 percent. All lights work fine. The solar panel works too, and the rating even seems roughly accurate. As for the negatives, the solar panel doesn't really serve a purpose. It does charge the battery if left out in the sun, but it's slow. You can't expect otherwise from a panel that size. I left it outside one day as a test and it did pick up about 8 percent after being left in direct sunlight for a few hours, so if you did end up stuck in the wilderness with nothing except this, your phone, and it had somehow died, you could probably call for help after an hour or two. But not really another useful use-case when you can just charge it. The other downsides is the air pressure displayed by the inflator function seems to be off by a few PSI. Not enough to be a big deal, close enough is fine, but it is annoying. And there's no cut-off function so you have to watch it. They didn't claim there *was* one though so just be aware. The only thing I don't really care for is the chargers for it, both wall and 12v, are on the cheap side, I've had the barrel a jacks on both bend somewhat easily. But they're standard sizes and if you're careful with them they'll be just fine. It also charges somewhat slowly even when plugged in. All in all a very flexible tool, somewhat bulkier than alternatives I've seen, but it works just fine. ... show more

  • Makes good on multitasking
Color: Jet Black
I chose this jump starter because of the multi functions. I was a bit skeptical of how it would perform, though, because often multi-taskers wind up not doing anything particularly well. Here are a few items I can comment on: FORM: Doesn’t take up a lot of room in the back of the car, and it is very light to maneuver. The handle folds/clicks back into various position within a 90-degree swing which is helpful when putting it in various places. Seems sturdily and well constructed. COMPRESSOR: We’re in a fairly rural area without quick access for filling tires. I did NOT have high hopes that the compressor would do the job, but already I’ve used it about four times to top up some slow leaks, once when we picked up a stray nail. It isn’t going to be super fast (see video) but it gets the job done without draining a lot of reserve power. I was able to add about 10 PSI with a battery drain of about 3%. The hose length is generous enough to get to the valve stems without straining. The pressure gauge on our unit reads about 5 PSI too high, so you really want to have a gauge on hand to check yours before relying upon it. SOLAR CHARGING: This feature really sold me on the unit, but again, I was skeptical whether it would work. Because of weather and our remote location, I really loved the idea of having a charger to keep phones going in case of a leave-the-home emergency, so the solar option also appealed. Manufacturer says “trickle charge,” so I didn’t expect it would be necessarily fast, but to have it at all without buying a separate solar phone charger was a plus. I’ve tested it out for short periods of time in full sun and find it adds about 2% charge per hour of exposure to the unit. BATTERY: I’ve only had the unit two months, and I didn’t completely document it, but it seems it will lose maybe 3-4% charge per month. I made myself a reminder to check and recharge it every three months to keep it ready for emergency use. JUMP START: Haven’t tested this but I’m relying on other reviews that have said it does the job. Overall, I’m really happy with the purchase! ... show more

  • Versatile and handy product

It's a very well made product that has helped us out in camping and urgent situations. I like the versatility of its features, such as an outlet plug and tire pump that saved an expensive call for roadside assistance. I would not leave home without it.

they sent a replacement. that one seems to work better but the longevity is terrible only last a hour maybe. depending what your using. if your charging phones it last a while but that's all you can plug into it. jumper works well so that's good. and the solar charger is pretty cool but didn't seem to work. ... show more
