These cameras worked great at first. Then we needed to make an update to our wifi and changed the password. Ever since then, the cameras cannot connect. They won't scan the QR code as part of the setup process. I went through weeks!!!!!! of back and forth troubleshooting with them. We tried connecting to a mobile hotspot --- same issue - cammeras won't scan QR code. They told me they'd issue me a refund. Well they lied. They are now fighting with me over the refund and I'm past my Amazon return window. DO NOT BUY!!! ... show more

Updated to add: After having the cameras installed for a few months, I do not like them!! I have had multiple occasions where I need to see footage of specific events in the yard and surrounding areas of my home but when I go to view the footage, the cameras did not pick up anything. This has happened multiple times. I have adjusted settings. All 4 of my camera miss events that should be caught on camera. Example: when someone walks to my door it should be recorded. If someone comes on my porch it should be recorded. I have multiple evens that the cameras have not even picked up motion. I am ordering a totally different brand. Great quality for day and night videos. No need to worry about missing the action around your home because these cameras will pick it up. I bought these cameras because I have anted something easy to install so I thought the magnetic holders would be awesome. Unfortunately, these not hold the weight of the camera so two out of 4 cameras fell within 24 hours. The cameras are sturdy so they didn't break and since they work well to capture image and sound, my husband just used the screw attachments and put them back.
