EXCELLENT! Very quiet and simple to install. Push button remotes come programed. Comfortable and smooth manual release to manually open and close the door. My only wish would be to have more technical information to do things like add additional wires for push button opener buttons. Without this, you are very dependent on the wireless openers only. For the price on this unit, the simplicity and well designed good looking unit, you cannot go wrong, in my opinion.

I received this within a couple of days after I ordered it. Installing it was easy. The setup was pretty easy for adjusting the open/close limits. The operator worked fine at this point however the door release did not work. I called Zumi for customer serrvice. I was told to call back the next day because the person that I needed to talk to was not there. I called the next day and was informed that once again, there was no one there at that time that could help me. I was told that someone would call me within twenty four hours. After another two days without any contact, I ordered another operator. I received a call from Zumi FOUR days later. When I told the tech my problem, he told me that most likely I did not install it properely. Then he stated that I would have to take the operator apart and make sure that it was not broken! I took the cover off and determined the release lever was jammed. I got it to work while on the wdorkbench. When I reinstalled the operator, the release would not work. I checked it two more times with the same results. After that, the operator would not respond to the remote control. At that time I just returned it. I would not reccomend this operator.

this thing has been working fine so far and the wall mount design is a nice solve if you're working with a low ceiling shop where a traditional opener would be right in the way... setup was pretty straightforward. the one thing that'll catch you off guard is that they don't include the wire for the sensors, which feels like a weird omission at this price point... and for what they're asking you'd think an outdoor keypad would be in the box too. its nice and quiet though

Simply great. Incredibly easy install, super clear manual, quiet in operation. Just know when programing you have to press and hold buttons awhile. If you just press briefly it won't understand.

New experience having a wall mounted opener. So easy to put up. I even had my 8 year old granddaughter help program it which was simple. It opened door easily and quietly.

Would not recommend. Absolute garbage! Seemed solidly built but they do not work in cold weather and are always losing connection to the remotes. Which requires getting a ladder out to unplug and reset, which still only works part of the time. Zumi sent a new circuit board but did not fix the problem. These need serious electrical re engineering. My Husband purchased 2 units. Of course we are well beyond the return window. Unfortunately, now he will now have to purchase US brand openers, hopefully with better luck. Would give a negative -5 review if possible. A lot of money to spend on something for the trash.
