The media could not be loaded. What a wonderful way to start the day! I like it feasibly using directly milk carton which I can put it back to fridge right after the coffee is made without worrying the leftover. I put it closer to tap water to rinse the exterior part of the milk tube which can be put into water bottle for immediate cleaning. Although it will ask you to thoroughly clean the whole system when it turns off either by itself or manually, I would like to clean the milk system immediately so that no leftover go bad. I wish the water reservoir on the rear side has a transparent side view so that I can monitor the water level easily. I have tried multiple versions of milk system based coffee machine and this works best for me. Diligent washing definitely required since it is so easily cleaned, I don’t mind cleaning it throughout the day. ... show more

    • Not worth, no service, 3 day and is a big brick on my counter
The only thing that this machine has is an intuitive screen interactive menu. First of all when it worked it was okay. You have to adjust your brew preference. Machine cleans itself before and after each use. You have to have a cup ready to catch all the water. Water reservoir is too small. Coffee bean tray reservoir is too small. This particular machine stopped working on the third day. Called the number for service, no answer. They are available weekdays 9 to 5 on a different time zone. Basically during the time I'm at work. Contact them and was asked to upload video to an email. Video wouldn't upload. I gave a very good description of the problem, including the video issue. Email back 2 days later asking for a video. It's been over 10 days since I requested help, but nobody answered. I'm sending it back. You should skip this and buy something else that actually works. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I have been using this for over a month. First of all I don’t usually leave reviews but it took so long to search and find the right expresso machine. I read two many reviews from slow shipping and all the non sense reviews. That being said please keep in mind that the factory settings are weak so you need to find the settings that will work for you. It took us a few tries before we got it just right. The other observation I have is that the machine works better with 2% and whole milk. The machine has hard time with specialty creamers but it will work ok. you also need to set the grinder from fine to coarse. I have mine set at fine for maximum flavor. Overall I like it. Always keep a cup in the tray and a cup with water on the milk hose before you turn it on and after you finish to avoid cleaning and emptying the tray ... show more

    • Overall good coffee, needs improvements to compete with the big leagues
This is our first automatic coffee maker. I have not used higher end models though I have had many coffees from automatic machines over the years. There are definite pros and cons to this machine. Balancing the cost with the features and difficulties we encountered, I rate this a 3.5. First, I paid full price for this machine. Within the first two days the machine did things that made me question whether we would keep it. I even initiated a return. Over the coming days we figured how to work with these issues and decided to cancel the return. I’ll go over these issues in detail. The first issue was that the grinder chute said it was clogged. Opening the machine I saw that grounds were flung around the inside. Another review noted this as well. While it was relatively easy to clean up, that was the moment we initiated the return. Over the last few weeks, we only experienced that one more time. Next, we encountered a water line clog. What this really means is that the sliding portion of the machine, when fully positioned up, has the possibility to pinch the water line. Good news is that the machine can report this error and it’s relatively easy to remedy by sliding it down a little. Unfortunately you lose those grounds as it remakes that portion of the coffee. The drink spout slider is also an afterthought. They skimped here and you can tell. The slide is simply friction based plastic on plastic and is not smooth at all. It takes too much force to move it down and up. Third, the milk frother is not very good in my opinion. While it steams the milk fine, the frother leaves a lot to be desired. I would say what comes out barely qualifies as milk froth. Higher end machines make much nicer foam than this. Of course, those machines are twice, if not more, the cost. Fourth, the touch screen is finicky and the user experience is poor. You can set up individual profiles which is nice. How the profiles work is different than I expected. After more time with the machine I found you have to select the icon in the top left to then select a profile. From there you can see and configure your drinks. The plus and minus buttons do exactly the same thing. The main Home Screen is always the global settings. I feel that the button layout is poor. The page turning icons are too small and too close to drink buttons which can accidentally be clicked when you just meant to change the page. While you get used to all these and manage the issues, the company should update the UI to rectify these issues. Now, on to the things we really like and why we decided to stay with this machine. The number of drinks this machine offers is very nice! To get the array of drinks in a different machine you’d have to pay three times the cost. This is a big plus for us as we like the variety. Also, I am sure that other machines could offer this array of drinks via software updates, but they simply don’t so they can force you into higher end models. Finally, the coffee this machine produces is pretty good! We have used many different types of beans so far and all the coffee produced is nice and no bitterness. ... show more

    • This saves me time, about 30mins a day.
This saves me 30mins a day and over all it saves me about 3-4 hours a week which doesn't seem like a lot but over time when you aren't grinding, cleaning and dumping grounds every morning before work you just throw in a cup and go shave then come back to a hot cup you'll be ready for the morning with this sweet machine. So far it grinds it perfectly, with milk and shots in good ratio. I can't help but love it for the time savings also not buying drinks at commercial coffee places omw to work. Just in two weeks I've saved 30$ in coffee. So its starting to slowly pay its self off. For the actual device it is very practical easy to clean so far and dump the grounds out of the bin makes it great quick clean and go again if you need. The only issue so far I have with it and it isn't the devices fault but when I put the milk away in the fridge the line can be plugged since its only a 1mm hole. So I take it out and soak it in water when its idle. I watched some reviews on it spitting everywhere and I realized the people who posted that didn't pull the head down. It doesn't spit everywhere unless you leave the milk line sucking up air and milk. Buy it its great. ... show more

Made a large latte after it took a good 7-8 min to make was not impressed. Also the milk container has no way of keeping it cold so has to be used and put right back.
