I used it twice. It works very well and froths/blends nicely. When I saw it here I thought that I really needed this, but I just don't use it. Not sure why. It's very cute, cleans easily, and small enough to stay on the counter. Well, I'm 81 and maybe it's just not what I need for my morning brewed cup of coffee. I've had frother wands in the past and they are great for their intended use. This one certainly does the job, but the power button is on top of the handle and I find that a bit awkward to use. I would prefer it on the side, but that's just me.

I had reached out to the seller re my frother not working (new out the box) and I am thoroughly impressed with how responsive they were including sending me a new one that works like a charm😁. If nothing else, the service is top tier and I am very big on service. Thank you! I received my frother and just now tried using it but it's not turning on. The batteries were inserted correctly. Mix the cocoa where it does not leave a residue. The best part is the frothing. I will no longer use the frother on my expresso machine. This device is my frother. Very easy to clean.

Don’t usually write reviews, but had to let everyone know about this awesome little tool. It just arrived, and I immediately put it to the test. It whipped up the milk in 5 seconds! It did not just froth the milk (I used skimmed) it was so thick you would have thought it was stiffly beaten egg whites. I then proceeded to make Dolgona coffee. My mistake was not stopping the whipping process soon enough, but I had a beautifully whipped mixture that was so thick it could be eaten with a spoon. The only mess I had was turning it on under running water to clean it (as recommended), so I splashed water all over the sink. I am totally pleased with this purchase and the price was reasonable. Fingers crossed that it keeps working. Some reviewers say it quit on them after a few uses, weeks and/or months. ... show more
