Ordered 2 machines and delivery was quick. Unboxed and tried per instructions for the “best froth” use skim milk. This worked a couple of times and the machine stopped frothing. Read, Researched and then called customer svce. Big mistake. She kept asking if we have an account. I advised we just received it. She said to set up account So we did. Waste of time and I spent the next 40 minutes w her trouble shooting only to have her tell me I’m using the wrong milk and I can only use whole milk? She said “our site states this”? Bye the way it doesn’t. I searched and also advised her page 17 specifically states “for the best froth use skim milk”. She said “well that’s wrong”? Anyway. This went on for 40 min until I hung up frustrated. After researching more my wife (yes she’s smarter than me) found more info on line about the same issue. The froth stops working if not using whole milk. Update - we did try the whole milk and it works. Love the machine. Great coffee but if you want to use anything other than whole milk it’s not for you. We tried 2% and skim as well. Only whole milk works. **don’t waste time w customer service unless your very patient and have a lot of time to waste talking..well listening to someone tell you in the end to just return it to Amazon your within 30 days…. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This machine does not work. I tried to make cappuccino but it just makes a lot of noise and spits out a bit of hot water. It leaves the milk in the container and does not make the coffee. I'm sad because I really liked the look of the machine and saved for a long time to buy it. EDIT 01/05/2023 I contacted Amazon and they helped me get in touch with the manufacturer. I sent them a video of the issue. They determined it was a faulty milk frother and sent a new milk frother. I used the new milk frother and the machine now works perfectly. I now love this machine. The coffee is perfect every time. ... show more

The machine looks beautiful but the cappucino button/milk frother does not work. Huge disappointment, but not the first time the product doesn’t hold up to the description for DeLonghi, their coffee machines are absolutely awful. Don’t waste your time with this machine.

Im happy with my new nesspresso lattissima one because I did not pay full price. I’m saying this because I have being using Nesspresso Vertuo and Nesspresso pods for Vertuo espresso are delicious but expensive and has not substitute on the market. I decided to try original line so I can buy different pods and while I almost buy the most economical to Nesspresso store this one came out on half price from a great seller. I was expecting the worse because it saids if you use you don’t return and surprise, I bought in a Saturday and Tuesday was in my door, open the box and and color in the box was black I got scare and surprise, I opened the box and it was the beautiful white one I did bought. All brand new sealed and with 10 trying pods. I’m enjoying great cappuccinos made in seconds and easy to clean. The latte are awesome too. About the espresso’s . If you are a coffee drinker this are small and not so good like the Nesspresso vertuo pods. For me a little weak espressos. If you only care for espresso buy another version of original Nesspresso , unless you got lucky like I did. Now the good thing you can buy different brands of pods for this machine. Cuban pods are the best for me. And and trying the nespresso originals pods only for a few days. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. First of all, it's already winning simply because it's a nespresso machine! I love how sturdy yet lightweight and small it is, considering it has a milk frother. I will always recommend nespresso because it gives you the delicious, creamy espresso experience with just the touch of a button. It's SO versatile and easy to keep up with, plus it's also very pretty and not too loud. The milk frother sometimes gets funny and doesn't work right it you don't assemble and click it the whole way, but that's not the machine's fault just a little PSA. It makes a GOOD capuccino and can also be brewed over ice, what else could you ask for? It's easy to keep the drip tray clean if you wipe it when it's still fresh, but well it's expected. The descaling process is easy just a little time consuming, but the good thing is that you only do it a couple times a year. Other than that, this was definitely the way to go for us and we couldn't be happier with the investment. ... show more

The first time I had coffee from a pod was Keurig about 10 years ago, and I hated the taste and texture of it. It made such a bad impression that I never tried Nespresso until recently. I was happy with all automatic machines like Saeco, Gaggia, and Jura at work. I actually was thinking about getting a mini Jura A1 until I had this tiny Nespresso machine in my room at my recent hotel stay. While the flavor and texture was not good as Gaggia or Jura, the tiny size and convenience were amazing. The texture was also very good for the size. The fact that you could change the flavor and variety just by changing the pod was just added bonus. That’s why I decided to get that machine for home, but they were out of ESSENZA MINI in white color, and Amazon had this new Lattissima model with frother, and having cappuccino occasionally sounded intriguing. Overall, it’s a good machine that does not take much of my counter space, and the white color makes it look clean and less intimidating. It’s a tad more expensive than I wanted to spend, but I don’t regret getting it. Thanks for reading and YMMV. ... show more
