I have been using a French press but love a cappuccino so bought this, and after three or four tries, this morning i got it right—aaaah! Although this pot says it can make three cups, i found that the size of the coffee basket limited me to only one cup (which is what i wanted, so no problem). So ultimately i put 1/3 cup water into the pot, filled the basket loosely with espresso ground coffee, put the pot on the edge of the burner set to medium while i set 1/2 cup whole milk (foams better than 2%) on to boil. Some minutes later i used an emersion blender to foam the boiling milk, and then, piece de resistance, poured the hot espresso into a cup followed by the foaming milk, and—-aaaaah ... show more
