This lives up to all the hype, and although the retail box was missing, all that boxes packing material was used to insure everything was properly secured. The machine appearance seemed to be completely new and unused, with not scratches or dents. All components were included. I've been using the machine all week and it is just as great as expected. It makes fantastic espresso, and steams the milk completely hands free. Latte's are amazing. I suggest watching some Coffee Kev videos to learn all you need to know. The Barista Assist technology is awesome. Cleaning is simple, and compared to other machines mess is non-existent. Spend a little extra and buy nice freshly roasted beans.

Read the manual then enjoy most any type coffee done really well. It is not a pull out and use product so read up a bit. Once you get the hang of it it’s pretty simple to use

Grinder kept malfunctioning and the Box didn't include any accessories as far as materials or recipe books or how to guides. The seller was responsive to my inquiry that's why I gave 1 star

I bought this refurbished Ninja Luxe as it came with the same product warranties and Amazon Guarantee as buying new. The product had all the accessories and paperwork, no scratches or dents, works perfectly fine and I saved a lot! The only difference was the original box was not included, which I didn't care about. The package arrived before the original arrival date and was packaged well. Don't be afraid to buy refurbished as you can still return it, if something is not right. The coffee and drinks are delicious. No worries if putting under kitchen cabinets as the steam is well controlled and mainly comes out the front. The water reservoir is in the back right side though, so you will most likely have to pull the machine out a little to remove the water reservoir for refilling. Super buy and super happy!

This has been a game changer. We decided to invest in this because we were spending so much at coffee establishments. It’s fun to create new and different drinks. The machine is so easy to use, it does pretty much everything for you. It learns what beans you are using and adjusts the grind based on the previous and how the brew goes. You can make espresso, cold brew, iced coffee and drip coffee all with this one machine. Definitely recommend.

We got this to upgrade our game from our Keurig. Pros Grinds beans Makes lattes Makes better coffee than keurig Way easier to clean Cons Very much over priced Screen went bad within 90 days. Luckily we had warranty The grinder is not accurate at all. Our crappy $10 grinder worked much better and I'd opt to use that over the hopper grinder is this thing Massive water loss each time you make a coffee due to how it cleans itself. We fill the reservoir up every 3 coffees. It's quite insane. Takes 3 times longer to brew a coffee than a Keurig with pretty much the same taste. Very much over priced for what it actually does
