The media could not be loaded. Beautiful color and design, love that it’s slim, doesn’t take lot of space. It’s well packaged and brewed quick. Coffee wasn’t as hot as I want once done. I just love the foam! First time owning a Nespresso, bought extra 4 yrs warranty just in case it breaks down on me. Insurance worth it, peace of mind as my previous coffee machine broke down after 1 year. I hope I will enjoy this for a long time . Product showed up in a box that looked like it was recycled. Completely beat up and falling apart, the machine itself was scratched. When plugged in the machine does not work, I have tried many of the online tips and still no success.

Received as a gift, didn't know what to expect. The coffee is a very nice flavor (got the variety pack, complete with shots of espresso). The crema is lovely and perfect!

The vendor advertised it as in mint condition. The box arrived literally in pieces from the shipper, the machine was covered in a light coating of brown dust and there was moisture in both the capsule chamber and the tank. I had to waste a few capsules to clean out the funk. As to the machine itself, it is large and heavy, if you are used to the original models, but very solid construction. It makes mugs of coffee, so it should probably have a larger water tank. It is fun though, to watch the capsules spring out of the chamber and into the catch tray. ... show more

Bought what I thought was a new machine, but the box was ripped and taped back together. It came with a box of expired coffee. The machine was dirty and used. I tried to use the machine and it was just defective and leaking coffee all out of the sides and bottom. Returning the machine and buying it from the Nespresso store instead ... show more
