Love this machine
I’ve had this coffee maker for a few years and it still works great and looks brand new. The coffee tastes great and there’s a variety of flavors available.

Dirty, Defective and USED.
I was so excited to have received this as a gift. That excitement soon faded when I opened the box. Immediately, I suspected that this box had been previously opened, and the machine probably used. The plastic that typically covers the machine was on top of the packing containers, and the instruction manuals carelessly placed on top and bent at the corners. It was advertised that there would be a welcome gift. There was no welcome gift, no sample of nespresso pods anywhere to be found. When I took the packing containers off and took the machine out, I noticed that the machine was extremely dirty, dusty and had debris all over it. The water reservoir was equally dirty. It was actually pretty disgusting for something so new to be so dirty. Anyways, I got a rag and wiped it down and washed the resevoir out and filled it with water. I ended up going out and buying some vertuo pods out in town since my box didn't have the advertised welcome gift. When I put the pod in the machine, the ligth turned on and the machine rattled loudly. My husband and I thought something was wrong with the thing. After 3 or 4 minutes of rattling, the machine stopped and turned off. Guess what? There was no coffee. I turned it back on and pressed the button again. This time there was rattling and a minute later, the machine manages to drip a few drops of coffee, but not a lot. I realize this is an espresso pod and it won't be that much to begin with, but it wasn't even a quarter of the amount that it should have been. I took the pod out, cleaned the machine and put it right back in the box for return. There should be somewhere that states that these machines are used. If I had of known that, I wouldn't have asked for it from this seller. Even more so, if you are going to sell used machines, you ought to make sure that they are CLEAN and inspect them to make sure they FUNCTION properly. Lastly, if you advertise a "welcome gift", there should be one. I went somewhere else and received a brand new machine. When I unboxed it, I could tell right off the bat that it was new. Everything was where it was supposed to be, and it actually had a sample of pods in the package as well as a quick start guide and a coupon for money off for your first vertuo pod order. I'm happy with my new machine that I purchased elsewhere, but I would NOT RECOMMEND getting a nespresso from this seller.

2 months in and loving it
We are absolutely obsessed with this machine and the coffee. The flavor profile is on another level!!! The frother is okay. We still use our cheap ole frother to get the foam we are looking for but I do love the hearing factor. The colm foam is okay. Tip: don't had syrup flavors in the frother as it hinders the foam production. Save yourself the money, buy the handheld one for $10, as it's been better than any we have tried that are supposed be top tier. Still getting t stars bc the machine is everything more. The coffee is more expensive than kcups, so do your research but the cost is worth it. I don't even know how to express just how amazing it is. It's hard to drink coffee anywhere else.

Great Deal
This machine is amazing. For this price I'd say this is awesome. They have one's on the pricier side but I've tried a few different ones from one at my house to having them at a family members house and overall I enjoyed the brew of this one for a lower price. I would highly recommend especially if your trying to save a few extra bucks. Nespresso's are such a great investment to have in your home if you are a coffee lover. My only downside on these products is the extremely high cost of the pods.

No capsules
I was so excited to use this immediately and I was sad to see it did not come with the welcome box of capsules it said it would and it was 2 days late. No where in my town sells the capsules for it so now I have to wait even longer to use it. So far not great, hope it exceeds the expectations I now have for it.

The Vertuo Next was a Failure. Nespresso, do better.
This is actually the 2nd machine I bought for my mom for Christmas of 2024. The first one didn't work at all. I should have taken that as a sign. The 2nd one lasted a little over a year, and not at all with heavy use. It's very disappointing. This is the third model I've purchased as I got one in 2022 for my last home with my ex, then this one, and more recently an originaline model for my new house. I did contact the seller but didn't hear back. Don't buy this model, I troubleshooted the issue on my own and it seems to be a pump fault or mechanical failure. The reviews weren't so bad back when I bought this for her, I see they've gotten much worse. Nespresso should make things right to customers that purchased this faulty model, I'm pretty upset.
