You get what you pay for, especially when it comes to a daily-use office chair. But this chair punches above its weight given the price. It's very comfortable, supportive, and is a friend of big folks. I'm 6' 1", 300lbs, and this chair does the job with few complaints. The back is infinitely adjustable, meaning you don't have to choose between 2 or 3 reclined positions. Unlock it, position where you like, and lock it again. It stays put. Or leave it unlocked. The tension adjustment works well and you can lean into a comfortable recline position without having to lock it in place. The arm wrests are also the trifecta of options, with generous range of motion. Up/down, forward/back, and twist. They lock firmly in place too, which means no accidental movements. The headrest is great, lumbar is flexible and supportive, and the mesh breathes quite well. My only niggle is that the chair does creak and rattle a bit. But again, I'm a big lad and am probably pushing this chair to its max. All told, for the price, this is an absolute winner. ... show more

Assembly was fast and easy. Seems robust. I like the mesh seat and back; the breathability of both keeps you cooler when you are parked in it 8+ hours a day. Reclines ok, but I prefer chairs that you can set the recline to and the sit up straight and the back goes up, and when you lean back, will go as far back as you set it. With this chair, whatever angle the back of the chair is at when you push the recline lever down is the angle it stays at. Oh well, I’ll live. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. After receiving the chair I was shocked to see how cheap it is. It hasn’t even been a year and a few months in the “lock” option for the tilt stopped working. And yesterday the chair completely broke. For $250 this chair is an absolute scam.

Hi. After 6 months of use, I could no longer lock the back of the chair to keep it from reclining and the height adjustment slowly returned to lowest position while I am sitting in it. I reached out through comments to find a solution and the team responded within 1 day and shipped out a new chair immediately. Problem solved. I recommend keeping the instructions with the support email, because I was unable to find it anywhere on the site or my order confirmation. Other than how to get support, it was great. Overall it is a nice chair and I love the back support. The seat is extremely firm which I was not expecting and not as long as I like. I love how it reclines to your weight and u can adjust that with the piece at the bottom and it has adjustable lumbar support for your lower back. The armrests are adjustable or removable.
