The picture quality on this underwater camera was surprisingly good for the price. It was a lot of fun using it for ice fishing, but after two hours I had an issue with the video feed no longer communicating with the monitor. So far the company has been pretty good to work and has agreed to replace a component to see if that will work. The ad says there are 12 high-power white lights for camera light but it only has IR lights. I contacted the company and they said ad was wrong and they will correct it but 2 weeks later ad is still wrong. The camera works great but returned since there is only IR lights.

The video quality is great, battery life with the seven inch is exceptional, outlasted friends marcum by 4 hrs. The battery has never run out with 9 hrs of fishing. Don't spend $600+ on an ice fishing camera. Buy the 7", I would buy the one you can record with because you will have fantastic fishing video. I won't leave home to ice fish without it.
