I should have my cat Joey write this review. But I'll speak for him. He HATED it for the first 5 minutes, and tried to escape it by putting his paw through the excess gap. Joey is rather big, so we ordered the extra large and honestly I should have ordered the regular size. It would have been fine. Joey's only beef is that the collar is rather THICK as the material is doubled over. So there is a lot of mateial under his chin. But dog gone it if he isn't the cutest darn cat in that bow tie!! We put it on him several times before Christmas to get use to it. This helped a lot. But again the size is generous and most cats will only need the regular size.

The tuxedo collar is adorable and easy to put on, with the Velcro closure. I love that the bow tie has a white collar and Ziggy looked so cute, at a formal event. Sorry, the photo shows him with the collar askew, our fault, not the collar's fault.

The larger might as well be a small maybe in in between medium and small it's definitely not a larger for what's considered a large dog it won't even fit my lab /boxer so. I am not to happy with the fact it could fit on a 10 yr better then it will fit a dog
