The built-in timer and pause button let you stop and start on your schedule, while the settings memory makes it easier to replicate your best milk production sessions. You’ll have everything you need to pump, store and feed with included Dr. Brown’s® Options+™ Narrow Bottles, Storage/travel caps and our slowest-flow Preemie Flow™ Nipple. Got a willow pump that wasn’t able to empty the breast fully. My baby was in the nicu and we had a freeze snap so I couldn’t get to see her for a week with all this being said my supply decreased. Got this item when we had our first child this year.Sadly I would like to say it wasn't used as much due to lack of milk production from myself not the machine. But I did have some issues with it.First off the item is very bulky even if it is small.Two the fact I had to buy separately the battery is kinda stressful when you are trying to wait for two items just so you can start pumping is frustrating.Also yes its small enough to carry but when you are trying to pump but have cables wrapping around your boobs make me feel like I'm attached to a IV like at the hospital becomes a issue picture this You are pumping you have a bout 4oz of milk already ready too go you are by yourself with your 4 week baby he's in his Lil bouncer sleeping and begins to cry in the most horrible cry you freak out try to get up and boom you have two breast pumps your holding and the pump is connected to the wall because you don't have the battery and you get up to just drop the milk you just pumped and you took out the pump from the plug because you freaked out.Yes this was me. As a First time mom with only 2-3 hrs of sleep just loose the milk was devastating. Sadly after a week or too my milk supply dropped and just formula fed but I still give the item 4stars but I think it can improve the item.First making it smaller would be great or making a single one would be nice.and making it with a retractable cable and adding a holder to the pump so it can stay latch on your boob simple and better designs for moms should be made .Moms already have to carry a baby, diaper, formula, changing mats. Breast pumps should be smaller simpler and easy access and recharning should be easier too being mom is hard and stressful and adding more to the stress isn't helping but I would still recommend if you like to carry a lot. ... show more

I got a pump for free through insurance, and it was a wearable pump. As an underproducer, the LCs that I saw recommended a wall you plug into the wall, they tend to have better suction power. So I decided to go with this one because the price was right. It is excellent! I saw a little bit of an increase, probably because it empties me better than the hands free pump. My one con is that it is not that quiet. But, small price to pay. I would definitely recommend this pump! I exclusively pump because my baby hates nursing, so I hope this lasts a long while! ... show more

Please heed my review when I say this is not even close to worth the time, effort or money. I’m a first time mom with no experience in breast feeding or pumping but this machine does not come close to being a handy helper. When I was released from the hospital I immediately started pumping as my milk had finally come in and I needed to suppress my glands but no amount of time or fidgeting with the machine gave me enough suction to express the milk and I became engorged. I immediately went to WalMart and bought a different machine so I could get some relief and I’m so glad I did! With the Dr. Brown’s machine I pumped less than a ml in 36 hours but with my new machine I pumped 20ml in the first 20 minutes. This item is also non returnable so it’s not even worth the risk. ... show more
