The pump I received through insurance just lost power/suction a little over 3 months into using it. My daughter doesnt latch the best, so 9/10 times I pump and bottle feed. I ordered this pump to replace the other, just got it this morning and I love it. The silicone cup pieces are a little tricky to fit perfectly and took a few trial and errors. With my first pump, I would sit for 40 minutes to an hour to get the same output this pump just did in 20 minutes. And I had to empty the bottles within those 20 minutes to keep going. It has great suction, comes with bottles (even a preemie nipple) I didnt think it was too loud, but I might be use to the noise because my first pump was extremely noisy (still, noise doesnt bother me because it works amazing) first pump of the day was close to 13 ounces, and I normally would get 8-10 ounces with the other pump. I know pumps matter, especially when our littles depend on us to make the food for them. I've used breast pumps with all 4 of my pregnancies, and this is by far my favorite. ... show more

This is a great pump!! It’s quality made, has great suction, not too weak and doesn’t shell out. The expression setting is really nice, it sucks with just the right speed and usually I can get a letdown at a minute ten. You press the button to switch modes, it doesn’t switch automatically which is nice. The silicone shields are a great aspect as well, though I would recommend having Vaseline or oil on hand so you don’t stick to the silicone. The cons would be this is a sit down machine, but I like that. Overall I recommend this pump, I’ve tried many, and I like the options this one has. It includes parts to pump into wide mouth bottles, and fits all regular small mouth bottles. I bought some extra cheap ones from the store in town. The side pockets on the machine are great! It’s easy to put together and take apart. I don’t know where to buy replacement parts, but I’m sure you can find them online or get off brand replacements. ... show more

I started with a motif pump that lost suction within a week and completely died after two months. This one works way better than the motif and the suction cups are soft so they form to your body. The bottles aren’t my favorite because they leak if any of the parts are slightly out of place, I lost half a bottle of breast milk before I figured out what was happening. I’ve had this pump for over 2 months now and absolutely love it! It’s compact, super lightweight and very easy to use. I love that the Falange are silicon and conform to my breast effortlessly. It takes the headache out of figuring out your correct size. It’s so comfortable. The only thing that could make this pump better is if you could set each side at a different rate. Oh! And the price! I just love this Dr. Browns breast pump, i wish i started out with it. I love how small light it is, it can be transported anywhere even for travel. The lightweight mesh makes it easy to store bottles and a bottled water for Convenience. Parts are easy to assemble and wash. I really love the flexible silicone cup and the grip of the suction hold stays in place while pumping if you have to move around. My only dislike is that it is not battery operated as to where you are wireless. I have been through three different breast pumps and replacing pieces in the pass 6 months of being a new mom and trust me this one by far is the best one i have tried yet, it really works good gives you piece of mind while pumping you don't have to keep checking to see if your pumping enough milk out to feed your baby. ... show more

Suction never worked. What a waste of money. Edit. I managed to fix it for my wife. An electrical wire on the inside was unplugged. It was an easy fix so if anyone receives this product and the suction sound is being made but there is no suction.. check the wiring. My wife loves the pump now.
