So I bought this smart door lock to replace my old standard door lock just because Im slowly turning my place into a smart home. Ive already got my Alexa device, and my smart TV, smart humidifier so i though, why not a smart door lock. This lock is definitely a game changer. There are so many benefits to this lock I personally love the IC cards(x2) (shown in the pictures i provided) because it saves me from having to search for my keys, and i have a lot of keys, and its just so simple to tap the lock and have it open without any key fumbling. Theres also a touch screen where you can punch in a passcode to unlock, or they provide you with physical keys if you still prefer to use keys. I also provided pictures of the lock housing before i installed it. I like that it has a rubber piece that will prevnt the housing from damaging my door when i secure it with nails. If you want to link it to your Alexa prepair to spend an additional $40.00 for a “gateway”. I would have returned it if I had not already installed it. Beware of the seller. ... show more

I was having problems connecting the door lock to my phone, but I contacted customer service and they were able to help me fix it! They were super responsive and gave me quick replies. I was so grateful for that! The lock itself is nice but the finger touch pad isn't sensitive, you have to really hit it for it to activate. You also can't lock/unlock from your phone unless you are near it ... show more

This is my review of the Zowill Smart Deadbolt Lock - Smart Locks for Front Door with APP Control. I love it! It was not terribly difficult to install (I did need to add a hole to secure the top section) and has been SO lovely to use. You adjust the noise, how long it takes to relock, who has codes and what the codes are on the app. You can't connect it to wifi without an additional part, but you don't need it! ... show more

We have loved this lock since the second we installed it, no longer have to worry about our door being left unlocked, being able to create a code for a friend a one time use is a great feature. Ours unfortunately broke and i reached out to them and they were so patient with me and walked me step by step to try and figure out a solution until there wasn’t one, they sent me a brand new one without a problem which ni received in only 2 days. 100% recommend!
