This was used to replace an older system I had, I like that they shipped with longer cables than my old system, my only issue is the video quality, it’s far from what was advertised, it’s more like 144p, also the frame rate really sucks, my old system was around 40 fps, this system is around 20 maybe a little less, the video is rather choppy to a noticeable degree. But other than that system is pretty good.

I installed a ZOSI 16 CH system with 8 cameras. After approx 3 months 2 of the cameras failed. It took about 2 weeks to get communications working with ZOSI so that I could get the correct info to them and then they sent replacement cameras. I have been impressed with the picture quality and the operational features from the start. Now I am happy with the service for support of the purchase. Slima was very good in providing the needed service and guidance to solve my problem.

The media could not be loaded. I had it for half an year. On a stormy early January night, I powered off the box, and the box did not complete the initialization, so I contacted ZOSI', HUGH has been helping me from begin to end. And HUGH is very consistent in helping me to troubleshoot. This is not a toy, and needs some troubleshoot. However, HUGH promised me a new box. So I do recommend ZOSI as a company that you can trust. Hugh has been very consistent in bring things to a completion, and I feel that ZOSI is a company that we can trust. I have been working with them closely and two weeks ago I got a replacement box, and tested it and found out that the hard disk in this replacement is missing. Since this is a network system with some intelligence like a small computing system, I could understand that users do need to take time to trouble shoot and making some video for easy communication. A picture is better than a thousand words, so I took time to make a video to show the disk is missing. Right after they receive the 3rd video, they took action to send me another replacement. I have just tested and verified overall operations. It is a working unit now. In such a intelligent network system product, users do need to take time to learn and understand the issue and do some testing to help the debugging process. Thanks to the consistent hard work and support from the customer service, and finally I am a happy customer because the box works. Also I learned that I need to gracefully go to the maintenance mode to shutdown the unit, and do not toggle the on-off button too fast or too frequently and that might cause some signal noise which can damage the circuit.

I have a 16 camera POE system. These cameras are newer model and have some kinks to work out, but Zosi support (Louis) has been very responsive and happy to do what is needed to make me (the customer) happy. After walking me through troubleshooting steps that did not resolve the issue, he sent a return label to ship the bad cameras back and sent a replacement. He also followed up to make sure I received the new cameras and that my issues were resolved. Although I think the product and app need improvement, the customer service has been great. The media could not be loaded. The video pretty much says it all. It is unedited because I'm not putting a lot of work into a review video. This system is a huge improvement from our other system. It gets the job done but there are some frustrating flaws like stuttering in high resolution and on occasion it locks up and has to be closed and reopened. I use a $600 Samsung S7 to monitor the cameras. My $400 Tab A can run the app but it struggles to run smooth videos. My S9 smartphone does a good job of showing what is going on when I'm away from the house but it requires a good cellphone connection. I first installed a more expensive system that was terrible and I sent it back. This was much better in spite of some flaws. Recommended.

The mobile and PC apps are unreliable as heck. Had to buy a wireless HDMI transmitter to be able to monitor to avoid the app constantly logging me out. If I hear a noise, I want to look and see immediately, not 45 - 60 seconds later (the time it takes to restart the app and log in). The camera video quality is excellent. I'm not sure why they advertise color night vision. It doesn't work at all unless the area is well lit by external lighting. But that works with pretty much any camera. I had a camera die on me and had a great experience with Hugh for the exchange at no cost to me. I hope this helps...
