the model number I expected when I ordered the unit with 4 cameras but received a better one, through several zosi tech support emails was able to get my older cameras to work with the new unit I ordered. It has superb day colors and picture and works well and clear at night.

Replaced an 8yrs old unit from another maker. Dissapointed to see the same old crappy user interface. Picture quality is just a little better than the 8yrs old unit, it replaced, Should have spent more on a better quality unit.

Two stars because the app is the absolute worst! It takes forever to load things even when I’m on the same wifi network at the system. Most of the time when I try to pull up a camera it’ll say “no signal, try again” and then I click “try again” and it’ll pull it up. I just tried to set up push notifications but everytime I set it up and then exit out of it and go back to make sure it set the motion sensor notifications it’ll default back to “off”. The picture quality is fine which is why I’m only giving it two stars! If I could I would definitely spend the extra money getting a better named brand camera system. Not impressed at all with this.

Owned this camera set up for 6 months one camera died Amazon didn't want to stand behind it so they told me to talk to zosi so I did and they kept trying to act like that there was nothing wrong with the system and that I didn't hook it up correctly when it worked fine for the first 6 months till the camera died and wouldn't work any longer so then they told me to try to troubleshoot it somehow and then get back to them then I could never get back a hold of them again and they didn't want to replace it then after that the DVR quit logging my video footage and kept telling me basically that the hard drive was faulty in it tried to zosi again had no so now I'm stuck with the camera setup that does not record one of the cameras doesn't even work and I'm out all of the money that I spent on it so do not make the same mistake and buy this camera setup you will definitely regret buying stuff from zosi I'm so I'm happy it's not even funny

Reviewed in the United States on May 1, 2023 by Don't waste ur time and money on this I was super happy when I first got it worked very well after 6 months 1 camera died talk to Amazon they wouldn't stand behind it then I talked to zosi they tried to make me out like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about or that maybe I didn't hook it up correctly or every other excuse in the book why they didn't want to replace the one camera that died then after the camera died now my DVR is going faulty on me and it is not wanting to store the video footage any longer the tech support is no good for this camera setup save yourself the money and do not buy this camera setup now I'm stuck with the camera setup that's junk I'm not happy at all
Purchased this unit to monitor my Dad's farm and farmhouse. Set up one camera to monitor the entrance road about 300 feet away utilizing the Motion Detection to alert when a visitor was entering the farm. We chose the Power Over Ethernet (POE) so that we only had to run a single wire. Wifi would not work for us due to the distances involved here on the farm. The camera work fantastically, both during daylight and at night time. We set up additional cameras on the equipment barn and outbuildings and of course the farmhouse itself. Absolutely love the ability to configure the monitored area for motion detection, which allows the system to alert on a monitored area with trees or bushes that might move in windy conditions and generate false alerts. Adding cameras is super easy. The night vision from the infra-red ability is really amazing. The detail displayed allows for the easy identification of raccoons, cats, and dogs. It's actually fun to see what visits the farm overnight. The customer support team is very responsive for any questions while most issues are covered on the website for installation and configuration. I must admit the need for customer support is hardly needed at all. I highly recommend this system.

I bought this system and the first week one camera broke. Customer service is in another country and you have to wait for a response. I was sent 2 additional camera because another camera broke. And the say the can hold any weather that’s false they start off by getting blurry and then they break. These system doesn’t hold up to what they promised!! Waste of time and money. Thank for Amazon helping out and getting this issue fixed and you can actually speak to someone at Amazon👍🏼👍🏼. Unlike Zosi poor customer service 👎🏼👎🏼

The media could not be loaded. Like I stated in video I am highly satisfied with my ZOSI camera system. Customer service is excellent! They are prompt with their replies to emails and tell you everything step by step on how to fix anything and they are quick to replace anything faulty. Highly recommend a system from ZOSI if your looking for a camera system to protect you home/property.
