I have always been a fan of steam rooms vs Saunas and decided to try this solution. I could not be happier with the product. This is great to sit and finish sweating out after a workout and find it works as advertised. Very easy to assemble. Only negative I can even come up with is it takes about 10 minutes to heat up to start producing steam. Not really a negative, just need to know in case you want to go straight from workout to steam. At some point in last 10 minutes of working out, need to turn this on.

It was easy to set up! Did it all myself. Instructions were fairly easy to read. I let it steam for about 30min. Then i get in after my workout for about 10 min. I feel great afterwards! Refreshed, relaxed, and ready for bed! It also makes you very thirsty! Definitely helps you drink more water! I took the chair out, I’ll either sit on the floor, stand, or do yoga. I fit perfectly in it, I’m a 5’1 female. I’ve used it 3 times so far with no problems. It’s a great sauna! Only con is I can’t use the remote while inside the sauna. It works well outside of the sauna near the steam machine, but not from the inside with the machine to the side. Kind of beats the purpose of having a remote. Other than that it’s great!

It’s perfect, I love it, and the sauna is more spacious inside than how it appears in the pictures from the Amazon.com advertisement. Two adults could sit comfortably side by side inside the sauna. Set up was a snap, forgive the pun. And, it heats up great within ten minutes. Totally worth it!

First, I absolutely LOVE this. It was well worth the purchase! I am sleeping better and it is helping with arthritis pain. I would highly recommend to run a dehumidifier in the room after you use it because of all the wet moisture. Mine collected a full bin of water in less than a day. I plug it in after each use. The little white cup that sits inside the tent that the steam goes into from the container outside is flimsy and extremely hot, so be careful not to touch it once the steam is rolling in. As others have said put hot water in first otherwise it takes a long time to heat up. Zero regrets purchasing this and I love even more I can get these health benefits from my home and not have to pay for gym membership!

We loved this pop up sauna, it was delivered February 16th and all of the sudden yesterday May 12th it stopped working. It still powers up and counts down but no longer heats up at all. We have been told that it’s now out of the return date so we can’t return it and get another one. I guess we only get 3 months out of it. Disappointed that it has quite working so soon after buying it.

This product works well enough. I was expecting more of a sauna but it is indeed a steamer. I live in Wisconsin and we use this in the porch, in cold weather it can’t heat up enough to be effective, but on a temperate day it works great. It’s relaxing and works well.
