  • An excellent purchase which has expanded my cycling experience!
Color: white Size: 20"
The Zizzo Campo folding bicycle is well-designed and well-built, using good quality components. It's a more solid and more "serious" bike than I had expected. With small wheels and a short wheelbase, it rides and handles surprisingly well. It handles my height and weight (5'10", 215 lbs.). The pedaling, steering, shifting and braking are very good. It unfolds and folds easily and adjusts for the rider easily -- all with no tools (although it requires some hand strength). I'm a northern retiree and have often wished that I had a bike with me, when I travel south in the winter. I don't want to haul a bike on the outside of my car, and renting mediocre-quality bikes locally is expensive and inconvenient. I was intrigued this year to learn about compact folding bikes. I'm excited that I can now easily pack a good quality bike INSIDE my car on my next winter "snowbird" trip. Meanwhile, I've discovered that the folding bike is a great asset at any time. I can more quickly and easily use the bike trails and roads in my area, and I've enjoyed taking it along on two summer vacations. My Zizzo Campo folding bike has greatly expanded when and where I ride a bicycle. (Now, maybe it will help me lose some weight!) ... show more

  • Amazon sent an older model than expected but I like it and am keeping it.
Color: BLACK Size: 20"
IMPRESSED!! I received my black Zizzo Campo within a few days and it was ready to ride out-of-the-box. It took about 30 minutes to unbox and check adjustments (per the manual). I watched their online videos prior to receiving the bike so it was easy to setup and get ready to go. I went out with my grandson for a 45 ride and enjoyed my new Campo. The bike rides nice, the gears change easily, the bigger seat on the Campo is comfy and the ride is steady and secure. I thought maybe it would be rickety since there are so many folds but I was pleasantly surprised on the easy ride. I agree with other users that it is a bit heavy and awkward even though it's folded (picture) but I got it into my SUV way easier than a regular bike. When I got to the park it was so easy to setup and go! One small issue. I researched this bike on the Zizzo site and saw the Campo 2025 model. I jumped on Amazon and bought it and received the Campo 2024 model (last year's version) even though it's May 2025. So if you are looking for the most current model you'll need to be aware of this. I don't know what the difference is but you would expect to get the most recent model when you are paying top dollar for this bike. As I am happy with the bike sent to me so I am keeping it. A review of the bikes parts like the brakes, derailleur, pedals, seat, paint job, cord routing and wheels - I must say it is all top quality for about $300. Yes, I would buy it again and may buy one for my daughter -in-law who likes it. ... show more

  • Well-built folding bike with many features for the money
After a few rides the Zizzo Campo lives up to its sterling reputation. If longer rides over the next few weeks change my evaluation I will amend this report. The brakes are excellent and the Shimano drive train performed well right out of the box. No real assembly is required; you simply lift the bike out of the box, remove the protective padding with a pair of scissors, unfold it, raise the stem and attach the seat. These steps, a safety check and folding instructions are facilitated by three short videos. Folding is a bit tricky the first time because the stem and the (folding) pedals must be in just the right position for the bike to fold properly and engage the magnets that keep the folded bike together. Once you get the hang of it the folding or unfolding requires 30 seconds or less. The saddle seems more comfortable than some of the reviews suggest and the adjustability of the stem (new on the Campo for 2022) and the seatpost should make the bike a good fit for a wide variety of rider heights. The frame welds are good and the yellow paint job is high quality (although it is a matte rather than a shiny finish). At 28 pounds the Campo is average for competing bikes in this price range ($329 from Amazon and on the Zizzo website.) My only doubt is whether I should have spent more for the Urbano, which weighs 3-4 pounds less. For buyers who must carry the bike up and down stairs frequently the lighter weight may be worth the extra money, along with the aluminum fork and upgraded derailler. ... show more

  • Quality but weighty.. not easy to carry when folded.
Color: white Size: 20"
Super high quality, but very heavy. The weight makes it kind of gangly to unfold and fold. Other than that, the ride is great, the gear changing function perfect, brakes well designed. The pedaling is comparable to a full sized bike! Very adjustable to each user's size.

  • Well built - Excellent Value
I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical of a $300 dollar folding bike and set my expectations pretty low. I have to say that I am actually quite impressed and find this bike a great value. Bear in mind, since it is a small folding bicycle, what you are getting is the convenience of portability, light weight, and small size. Riding the bike is a bit cramped since the distance between the seat and handlebars is closer than a full size frame. I consider this an acceptable compromise when you want a bicycle that you can throw into a suitcase as checked luggage or in your trunk for a road trip. I am a huge bike enthusiast and ride several different style bikes. In particular, these are the things that really impressed me: 1. The aluminum frame is lightweight and superior to an iron frame. The frame welds look really good. 2. The quality of the build is solid. The bike arrives completely assembled; the only item that is removed for shipping is the seat post which easily slips into the frame. 3. Unfolding the bike was simple with an impressive design; a lot of thought was put into this. All of the latches have a safety catch. 4. Out of the box before the first ride you need to pressurize the tires (35 psi is adequate -40 psi max), adjust the seat height (I am 5'10" and adjusted the seat post to "4" - every mark is about 1/2" with "1" being the tallest setting), and adjust the handlebar height. 5. The first ride I found the brakes were correctly adjusted, the derailleur 90% accurate and needed minor adjusting. At the end of the ride, I folded the bike following the steps outlined in the instructions. It folded easily and does reduce to the dimensions in the product description. ... show more

  • A really great choice
Color: BLACK Size: 20"
Although the box was badly damaged, the bike was in perfect shape and packaged well to keep it safe. Following a video made unpacking and checking it very easy and nothing needed fixing - it was ride-ready straight from the box. Easy to adjust seat and handlebars and refold. Many great features for such an inexpensive bike - on sale for $249. Just took it on a 3 mile hilly ride and it was very easy and comfortable to ride. First gear handled the steep climbs really well (and I’m only a casual rider). It was stable on the downhill cruises and the gears and brakes worked great. It’s bigger and heavier than expected but I only want it to pack for camping. If you want to haul it on and off public transportation regularly, it might be a bit cumbersome. Overall, I haven’t yet found anything I dislike and lots of things to love about this bike. I highly recommend it. ... show more

  • Good Exercise for a 67 Year Old and Easy to Fold and Put in a Small Car Trunk
I bought this folding bicycle because I didn't want to spend a lot of money but also wanted one that had good reviews. I was able to put it together by myself pretty easily. I like how easy it is for this 67 year old to ride. I've ridden it around our cul-de-sac and it's pretty smooth. I'll be taking it to some of the local parks once the weather gets a little cooler. Folded, it fits easily in the trunk of my 2011 Subaru Impreza. It's not heavy to put in the trunk either. I also like the bright yellow color...:) It has 7 speeds. I've only used speeds 1, 2, and 3 and they work well. Overall I'm really happy with it...:) ... show more

  • Brand new out of the box and WON'T FOLD OPEN
Color: BLACK Size: 20"
I've reviewed the unfold and unpack videos several times, and I have gone through the instruction manual three times. The bike will NOT fold open. It looks like the two silver discs between the wheels are stuck together. I cannot open the bike because they overlap and will not budge. I have unpacked all of the pieces of the bike. I can't be fooling with this much longer. It's already been almost two hours and with no progress. Also, several of the screws are sticking out of the frame 1/2 inch, which is unsafe. So far, I am disappointed with the lack of quality control. I couldn't find a customer service phone number, so I submitted a ticket on the Zizzo website and Amazon, where I bought the bike. If I have to return this bike, I will be agitated. I just had back surgery, and it's taken everything out of me to get the bike delivered, unpacked, and unwrapped. So far, I would give the bike zero stars, which sucks because I was very optimistic based on the reviews. :( ... show more
