Do not buy from this seller. Bought a scooter that was received damaged. After several emails i had to return the scooter at my cost and the seller only wanted to refund me 30 percent of the cost of the scooter sence they received the scooter damaged. This was the way i received it. It took over six week to get agreeable refund and this only after getting amazon into the matter. Very frustrating seller. do not by from them. I purchased this scooter for my mother being unable to get outside and walk without being helped this is a great way to be able to enjoy the outdoors. Without having to help her along every step. Bought this for my grandfather and it was way too small. We requested a return since the item didn’t work for him and it came damaged. When you return it it says you will be charged a 15% restocking fee which is fine but I got charged 50%!!! They said it was due to damages when I literally requested a refund partially due to the item being damaged! Their customer service is terrible and the item isn’t meant for adults in the slightest. This arrived promptly and was about 3/4 assembled. Only issue then was disassembly to put it in the back of our van. The instructions say to follow assembly direction in reverse....wasn't helpful for taking the base apart! No videos online for dis/assemble of this particular scooter online...It took 2 days of trying different ideas before it worked, and repeated practice, as that process was not intuitive for me. But, we take it everywhere, it stays charged well and is easy to charge, drives well, and we love it!! ... show more

I dislike this scooter because it left me stranded when I went to test drive it. I was in the middle of the street and the scooter started rolling backwards. Very scary situation I was in. I don’t know if there are new batteries in a brand new scooter or not. Charge does not last but couple of hours. When I received it parts were broken and they would not let me return it. Sent from Washington state and was mishandled & thrown around. I would not advise anyone to purchase this scooter. ... show more
