This No-Dig finishing post is designed to be used with the Newport gate (ZP19004) or to terminate your fence run when installing the Newport Vinyl Fence (ZP19002). To install your fence posts, use a sledge hammer to drive the steel pipe into the ground and sleeve your vinyl post over top. Please note that this fence is designed to be permanent and is not easily removed once installed.

First off, the fence is as beautiful in person as it is in the photos. If you do your homework before installing (read the instructions and watch the videos), the project will turn out fantastic. I highly recommend using a post pounder vs. sledgehammer to install the metal posts, and definitely use a level to check the posts and rails. The self-tapping screws work great on the vinyl, not so much when screwing into the metal posts. Fortunately Zippity includes a metal drill bit with every fence section to make it easier. Best of all is the company, which firmly stands behind its product. One of the vinyl posts was damaged in shipping and they promptly sent me a replacement, as well as extra parts, at no cost - I didn't need to go through an Amazon return. If you're handy, I highly recommend buying this product and installing yourself, and/or get someone to help you who is handy. This product is fairly easy to install and it works well with the picket fence. It stabilizes the fence and easy to assemble.

This post is necessary to end a section of fencing as each fence section you purchase includes only one fence post and eventually you’ll need this one. The fence is simple to install, sturdy, and looks good. The instructions are exceptionally clear and easy to follow. I bought 2 of these and the gate . Easy to install. I was worried it would be a little flimsy but to my surprise it is sturdy. And will do it's job for Keeping this little PIGGY in her pen. It did arrive missing the cap. I Called the customer service and they sent me out a new one.
