Not much to say; it's simple and seems well-constructed. If you have a lot of metal posts to drive in, this may really save your forearms (doing it with a regular hammer can cause some really annoying strain and fatigue, especially if the post starts above shoulder-height). I've been using it a fair bit and I'm happy with it!
