Purchased these after my dog was prescribed antibiotics. The antibiotics always upset her stomach, but adding these probiotics to her snack schedule prevented the usual mess and malaise. Plus, she loves them! It's not medicine if it taste so good, right? Very effective.

I subscribe to these for both of my large dogs, they love them and have been great for skin, coat and gut health. I’ve noticed occasionally they arrive a little more dry than other times but not to the point they’ve been compromised.

    • My dog couldn't handle it.

I read the reviews and my dog has similar issues with skin itching and licking/biting her paws as other reviews have described. My dog also has been losing hair, leaving bald spots. Vet said to change shampoos and gave antibiotics. As soon as the antibiotics were gone, her condition returned. I was hoping this would work for my dog but every time I give her one, within a few hours, she throws up. It's not an isolated incident. She never throws up. I have tried this in the past and the same thing used to happen. I thought it was a fluke or something else I was missing, or maybe because I had given her one at night (too late in the evening) but after a long break from them, I thought I would try again. She threw up 2x in one day and it was in the afternoon. I'm sure there is nothing wrong with the product and it's most likely due to my dog's sensitive stomach or it just doesn't agree with her. Just be careful if your dog has a sensitive stomach. As for my dog, I suppose I will have to put her back on medication from the vet for all her allergies and such. I'm sad 😔 I was hoping this would help avoid constant medication. Wasn't sure how to rate this bcz it's most likely because of my dog in particular but I wish I had a sensitive stomach warning prior to purchasing. I'm sure it works for strong dogs. ... show more
