I use this punching bag for many things like boxing, and practice karate, my kids use it too and they love it! The punching bag seems to be of a good quality but the gloves don't seem to be that great quality, that's the only thing I didn't like that much about the item. I like that it's pretty easy to install as well and it comes with everything that you need to hang it from the ceiling. It's a perfect size to practice at home.

Great item—comes with everything pictured. Just to confirm, you do have to fill the punching bag once you receive it. After research, and after reading other helpful reviews, I discovered sand and old clothing are one economical way in which to do so. No complaints whatsoever, I got this for my preteen to take out some frustration on. Just be sure to brace/hang it securely.

I’m not entirely sure it’s fair for me to write a “review” of this punching bag, but I do think there are things about it you should be aware of before you purchase one for yourself. One thing is that it does not come with any instructions. Another is that with the hanging tools supplied, your bag will not spin, so you might end up hitting the same spot over and over which I would think would weaken that area. I also do not exactly have a ton of faith in the hanging assembly. I’m not sure bolting it to my ceiling would last, especially with a heavy bag hanging from it. From information I gather online, it is recommended that you allow 5 feet in all directions from your punching bag. I would have to clear out an entire room to have that much space devoted to it. So at this point, I have it hung (but not filled) on my pull-up bar, but I’m thinking that’s not an ideal option. The materials seem a bit flimsy, too. I absolutely would not feel comfortable filling the bag with sawdust. That would be like having a very messy ticking time-bomb in your home gym. The gloves are somewhat cheap, too, but they’re fun to have on. The wrist straps are a nice touch; so is the jump rope. I don’t mean to belittle this item, I just want you to be aware that there are many things to consider before purchasing. In my opinion, this seems like something you’d get a child with the hopes that they become bored with it very quickly.

This is a great item for anyone who wants to increase performance and fitness. Hitting the heavy bag is a great workout. The bag is made of durable PU material that can withstand heavy punches and kicks without tearing or wearing out. The 40-inch size is perfect for adults of all sizes and skill levels, providing enough space to practice a variety of techniques. I don't see this item as a professional item, but perfect for a home gym, or someone who wants to use the bag to workout with vs. train. The bag comes unfilled, which means you can customize the weight to your liking, depending on your training needs. You can fill it with sand, old clothes, or any other material that adds weight and resistance to your workout. I packaged my sand into zip lock bags, and filled in the other areas with clothing. Every one foot, I filled in with clothes, and then laid a filled ziplock bag of sand wrapped in duct tape on top. I continually packed everything down with a baseball bat. The bag is easy to install and can be hung from a sturdy ceiling or a punching bag stand. It comes with heavy-duty chains and hooks that ensure it stays in place and does not swing around during use. This makes it a great option for home gym training, as it does not take up much space and can be easily moved around when needed. The only thing I didn't love about this bag was the large logo (which is a weird name). I just used electric tape and taped around the logo to hide it.

This item initially caught my attention because of low price. You dont usually find a complete punching bag set for around $50 bucks. Although I am now starting to see some issues that could explain the low price point. So first off. This is pretty large bag, at 40in long. Filling it up took some time and it ended up being quite heavy. Might need an extra hand to hang it up after it's been filled. I've used sand and wood shavings that are sold at pet store for hamster bedding. The bag ended up weighing about 60 pounds but it filled out well and still got the right softness. Overall, I was pretty happy with this purchase till i started noticing some small details. Like the gloves are a joke. They are definitely not sanctioned and not very comfortable. I'd recommend taping up your hands and then putting the gloves on. Even with the wrist wraps, I didnt feel like the gloves were properly secured or provided enough support in the wrist to avoid an injury. One of the hanging hooks keeps bending open, just from regular use. I've had to take the bag down twice at this point to bend it back into place, to avoid the hook from slipping out. I'm also now starting to see the stitching starting to come apart. There's no holes yet and nothing ripped but the string looks really stretched and I'm not sure how much longer it will hold up. Bottom line, this is not a horrible buy, especially if you just trying to get your kids into it and not planning to put the bag through some real boxing gym abuse. I do some light work myself and just worried about the longevity of this bag. Will update this review if anything breaks or tears.
