I was very hesitant on this Every shampoo cleaner I bought for my shampooer sucked But I can say I was very please at how much better it looked The dark spot is how bad my carpet has gotten I’ll be going through with the tool to get the corners here soon Big house I’m taking room a day til done But I followed the instructions and then took my new shampooer to it and I was like wow The price isn’t bad either Considering how much I have for some that claimed the same thing But this one can back it up so far We have cats and a dog as well Once I have done the whole house I’ll make update on this ... show more

You can definitely say this company goes above and beyond. Tried to cancel, but it was too late. Didn’t work for what I needed but did work for other cleaning. You should definitely give it a try!!

Great product. My carpet had dark path stains, but a spray, a little wait, blot up with moist cloth, repeat less than expected, a mirical. I am very pleased. I was long familiar with Zep products, although I had not used any since my brief janitorial days in the 70's. Back then they were highly effective and ,perhaps, a bit toxic, requiring caution in handling. They definitely got the job done. My experience with this purchase has been most positive. It works. I’m really weary of writing reviews on cleaning products and buying products because other people’s version of clean is very different from mine. We are a dog and kid friendly household. A lot of traffic and dog hair everywhere. It’s a pain to keep up with, especially on near white carpets. We’ve tried it all, but without hiring somebody to use commercial products and machinery, this is the best so far. I put half and half water in my bissel pet vaccum. I only hold the button to squirt the entire area after I vaccum. And I let it sit, and it lightens. Will repurchase. ... show more
