This concentrated formula is a game-changer, and I'm here to tell you why it deserves a 5-star rating across the board. Performance: -Stain and Odor Removal: This carpet cleaner is a true odor obliterator. My pup had a few "accidents" on the living room rug, and the lingering smell was making me desperate. Love bissell carpet solutions. I used Hoover brand for years and was just not having any luck with the different varieties I tried lately. I don’t know if they changed the formula or what but just didn’t remove any stains or have any scent. So far I am very happy with the two bissell solutions I have tried.
