I actually used this in a handheld Hoover cleaner, even though it says not to. I used it to clean my stairs and spot clean my sofa and ottoman. It smells so nice. It got out quite a lot of dirt. The dirty water was so nasty. It’s been a while since I cleaned the stairs, so I’m not sure how much of the dirt was the cleaner and how much was just because it had been a while. I liked that the stairs weren’t crunchy when they dried. That’s the worst when you clean carpet or stairs and then they dry crunchy. They are nice and soft. I don’t think I would recommend using it on microfiber (my sofa) though because the spots I cleaned left a very slight water mark around them. But it’s not supposed to be used for that anyway, so that’s really my own fault. I wish this was not so expensive, but it works great and smells good too. ... show more
