Shockingly good! I bought this to use with a rug doctor I rented to clean the carpet in my new place. The carpet looked nice, but felt worn. After 6 months of my new grandchild’s occasional spit-up, I knew it was dirty too. The waste water coming out of the machine was disgusting so I knew I was getting it clean. I had always relied on the Platinum line of cleaners, so I was uncertain whether the Pro line would meet my expectations. However, after using it in the first room, my concerns vanished. It performed exceptionally well, removing stains that I hadn't been able to eliminate before. Overall, it proved to be an excellent value for its performance capabilities. I was about to give up and call in the professionals when I decided to give this Bissell shampoo a try. Wow, am I glad I did! From the first pass with my carpet cleaner, I could see a difference. The dirt and grime started to disappear, and the colors in my carpets became brighter. By the time I was done, my carpets looked like they were brand new. They were soft, fluffy, and smelled amazing.
