I am a longtime Shark buyer (as well as Hoover & some off the wall organic cleaners) but tried this on a whim & it is way more effective, smells fresh & clean, & got my white high pile rug cleaner in a quicker amount of time. This carpet cleaner is the best. I thought the Bissell formula was excellent but this one is a step above with its strong and nice smell. It gets stains out of carpets pretty well but it doesn't do miracles so just keep going over the stain with the cleaner several more times. The ratio of formula to water is good so the formula doesn't run out that fast. With almost the whole bottle I can clean about 1300 square feet of carpet with going over trouble spots several times. Keep in mind that i don't wear outside dirty shoes on my carpets. I don't understand why some people do. ... show more

I recently tried this carpet cleaning spray and I’m really impressed with the results. It works quickly, removes even tough stains, and leaves the carpet looking fresh and bright without any harsh chemical smell. I also love that it dries fast and doesn’t leave sticky residue behind. I’ve tried a bunch of different carpet cleaning solutions over the years, and this OxiClean one is by far the best. It’s super easy to use—just pour it in and go. It works quickly and lifts stains really well, even ones that have been around for a while. One thing I really love is that it doesn’t leave any sticky residue behind like some other cleaners I’ve used. My carpets actually feel softer after using it, and the whole room smells fresher without being overpowering. It comes in a nice large bottle, so it lasts through multiple cleanings, which is great if you’ve got a lot of carpeted space like I do.     • It worked as a stain remover for me.
This stuff worked. Our carpet was toast, with years of ground in dirt. I tried the Oxyclean in the Hoover carpet shampooer, but it didn't really help a lot. Put it in a spray bottle full strength, saturated the stains, brushed it with a small push broom, waited about 30 minutes, and then shampooed. It worked. Some stains took a couple of iterations, and some are still slightly visible but I will go over them again. Can't believe it worked. Going to use the Oxyclean powder and mix my own, tho. Caveat is that the smell, while pleasant, is overwhelming. ... show more
