This stuff is a miracle worker! I bought a used minivan that was previously owned by heavy smokers. I tried Bissell carpet cleaner solution to no avail. Gave this Odoban a shot and after 1 round I can already see a difference ! I will give it a few more passes to see how much it can truly lift but so far I am very impressed! I bought this purely for the hope of getting rid of pet and kids odor from our carpet. Our carpet is 7 or 8 yr old builder grade carpet that has been through 3 different families with pets. High traffic areas are extremely worn, and there’s stains from long before we bought the house. I was absolutely AMAZED when it pulled out stains that I have shampooed at least 10 times with other brands. It even took out latex paint splatters from when I painted a mural on my kids walls! I had given up on ever getting that out, or the stains in our entryway from most likely the first owners. To say it works well, would be an understatement! I really wish I had taken before and after pictures, but I wasn’t anticipating it to be so amazing! When you add the solution it does have a mild pleasant scent, but after shampooing I noticed it didn’t really leave any scent behind. Which I guess is good for animals, but I would have liked a little bit of a fresh/clean smell. On the other hand, I first tried this in one of my kids rooms that had a cat pee smell before we bought the house. Then over the 3yrs that we’ve lived here dogs have peed in, cats have marked, and yes… my kids peed in there too 🤦♀️ So having no scent at all, was astonishing! I did pre-treat and go over the known really bad spots a few times to make sure the smell was gone gone. I saw the reviews about bubbles/foaming too much. While I did see some bubbles, especially when I had pre-treated areas. I didn’t think it was any more than other brands or too much. My machine didn’t seem to have any issues with it. ... show more

    • Great quality worth the price
This works great, we usually use odo ban the original product. But we decided to try this and it’s great. I have a senior dog who often has accidents. This has been a great product to help with the cleanup! I would definitely recommend this for pet owners! The one thing that is prevent the 5 star is the weird smell it has when using, but it goes away quickly. ... show more

OdoBan has been in my home for more years than I can remember. It is my go to cleaning product for everything. If you have pets this is a must! No heavy smell and safe for pets. It lasts forever if you mix it according to directions. It literally cleans everything. Incredibly easy to use and actually removes any offensive odor I have used it on. This product is frustrating, but only because it took me a lifetime to find it! Lifetime pet lover, I've spent YEARS going through shampoo after shampoo, spot treatments, professional cleaning and nothing was ever 5 stars to me, until this product! Years of overpowering artificial scented wet dog smell for days after "cleaning" the carpet, headaches and nightmares waking up from the scent. This is POWERFUL cleaning without any scent! I shampoo about every 6 months so it doesn't get horribly dirty but I could tell an immediate difference while using this product. Only 3 passes on the first photo. From there I did repeat passes until the water came clean, no more than 4 passes. I'm sure it would have come up even faster if I pretreated and sprayed the high truck area as suggested. ... show more

Not the best carpet stain cleaner out there but it works fairly well. Really doesn't have any scent to it either. I prefer I little bit of a fresh clean scent but it's probably better without the scent for my pets.
