This is a lightweight workout bench. I weigh 165, at 5'10", athletic, so this is perfect for me. I searched for some time to find a bench that would fit perfectly in the only space I have for it, a small corner of my studio measuring just around 55" inches in length. The welding is decent, but I wouldn't bet on it being truly heavy duty, so don't test it. If you're a heavy semi-pro lifter, this is NOT for you. I've inspected some of the welding, and can imagine if those give way while you're pushing heavy, I assure you, you'll be very unpleasant. This is for those of who are simply maintaining, or trying to achieve modest gains, i.e., a little bit of shoulder/back bulk, chest, triceps, and decent abs, five-ten minute workouts and onto the rest of our day. Very sturdy, rugged weight bench. Looks heavy duty, and folds up, too. Looks great in the weight room. Perfect bench for dumbbell workouts.

    • Sturdy bench..but
Works great as a flat and incline bench, but is useless as a decline bench. In the decline position, the seat is very uncomfortable behind your knees, plus the seat will raise up in the decline position since there is no locking mechanism. Other than that, its a nicely made sturdy bench.

Overall, I liked the product. I serves it purpose. The one I was looking at sold out so I gave this one a try. If you are looking for something that is as sturdy as the ones you get in the gym.....this is not the product for you. I was expecting it to be a bit sturdier but it will do. I like the fact that it's pretty versatile, but there are a few things that I can't do as pictured. Outside of that, I like it but as someone who works out frequently I may just go ahead and spend the extra money for a better one. ... show more

Product was delivered on the April 4th, way before the estimated delivery between the 7th and 15th. Very fast shipping. Bench look better in person than online in pictures. Bench is just what I needed. Takes up no space. Could do a variety of workouts. Couldn't find a bench because everyone bought every bench on Amazon due too this Covid-19 stuff SMH.
