I’d ordered this camera September 3 2021 and got it on the 7th, fast delivery was great. Negatives in my view: My only three arguments with this product are: (1) It’s designed to stay in your vehicle and “this drives me nuts!!!” But in today’s world all of these dash cams are designed in this manner, it’s as if the manufactures are asking for your vehicles windows to be smashed and the product to be stolen as a way of forcing you to purchase another. “So I don’t care for this.” (2) It has a continuous flashing light so if it’s left in your vehicle, even if a thief didn’t have knowledge of there being a dash cam in your vehicle this light is certain to draw their attention and bring them running straight to a $160.00 camera and they’ll have no problems breaking out your windows to get after it. This light flashes even when the battery is too low to support the cameras working. It’s like I’ve said “it’s as if the manufactures are asking for your vehicles windows to be smashed and the product to be stolen as a way of forcing you to purchase another.” (3) The suction cup that supposedly mounts the dash cam to your windshield or wherever you’re planning on mounting it is not a suction cup at all; it’s more of a stick-on cup. Remove the cover wrap from the suction and you’ll feel this sticky crap that’ll hold it to your mounting point. After six mounts, mine stopped mounting. There is no suction mount. Turn the locking level clockwise and it does suck into place; for about 20 seconds before it free falls. Lucky for me I’d already had my power cord connected and this prevented the camera from breaking if it’d fallen to the floor. Positives in my view: (1) I LOVE the color touch screen as it’s easy to navigate for reasons of settings. (2) The stability of the video and photo recording are great. (3) Two thumbs up on the 155-degree wide angle lens. (4) Front view is great as well as the rear view; but the dual view is confusing. Meaning, that if you’re driving using dual view. When you look at the camera it’s hard to distinguish where the rear ends and the front begins. The manufacturer should’ve placed an outline around the rear view for separation. (5) I haven’t yet had a need for the Motion Detector or the Parking Mode but the Audio Recording also gets both of my thumbs up. (6) Both front and rear camera’s are good and clear and your device does come with everything listed in the box being: T4 Dash Camera, Car Mount, Car Charger with USB Cable, Rear Camera with 26-foot USB Cable, User Guide Warranty Card and a 32GB SD card. All-in-all, 3 negatives and 6 plus positives; I’ll give it a go as it’s a good dash cam and I like it. On my own, I'll need to figure out how to keep it mounted. I mean, do I glue it in place or do I nail it to my windshield? Suggestions welcomed. ... show more

Here is my review of the Z-Edge T4 Touch Screen Dual Lens Dash Cam. Disclaimer: I rate all of my reviews by how well they perform for the cost of the item. I don't expect a dual dash camera that costs $180 to perform at the rate of a dash cam that costs $500. Design/Features: Both dash cams were easy to install and make of hard plastic. I dropped the front facing camera a couple times by accident and it had no problems. The cables were long enough to reach to the back of my vehicle. The adhesives also came in handy. Performance: I was very impressed with the performance of this camera. The video quality of the cameras were very clear and crisp. It shoots in a very high quality 1080p. Even the videos during night driving were very clear. I love all the additional features and the 4 modes of shooting. Each mode definitely has a purpose. I liked the parking mode so it can capture things that might happen to your vehicle even if you aren't around. Overall: I think this dash cam performs outstanding especially for the price of $169. I know there are a lot of Dual Dash Cams on the market, but this one definitely lives up to the hype. ... show more

I have went through a few canes but I have to say that this - cam is so good that I bought 3 more of them for friends and famil. Not only is it very easy to use but the touch screen just makes it worth it. And I love how I can see the front of my car and the back of my car simultaneously if i want. I can turn the microphone on or I can turn it off. I have even tried ones that to use an app but I rather have the touch screen and the SD slot. I also like the setting that I can keep it on continuously. But make sure you upgrade your sd card. Very easy. So far it's the best dash can I have ever purchased, like a hidden gem.     • Excellent quality and performance even though....

This is my first dash cam so here is my experience so far. First like is the 4" touch screen. You won't find yourself fumbling around to find menus or buttons due to the touch screen. Another like is ease of installation. It took me about 45 min, to install, and that is both the front and rear cameras. Picture is very clear on both cameras. Night vision works well. As with most cameras you won't get the sharp colors in low light, but it is still very usable even in low light. I've seen reviews complaining about Z-Edge customer service. I don't know if my experience is the exception but for my experience it has been "Excellent". My first camera wouldn't hold a charge for park mode. I called customer service and found it to be one of my better experiences concerning product support. I explained my problems and the associate said "No Problem" Would you like a replacement or refund. I told him I would like a replacement and try his product again. This was the shocker. He told me they would send out a kit Immediately. I said it would take a couple of days to send the defective camera back. He said not to worry. He said when I received the new camera just package up what I didn't need from the new kit and send the rest back using the free return shipping label. So with that I'll finish with a month of daily use and the camera is performing flawlessly. Thanks again Z-Edge. ... show more
