I love this roof rack. It feels heavy duty, it's low profile, it's fairly quiet, and it has holes to hook straps and accessories into. It came with 4 led light pods I haven't used yet. I did have to grind away a little on the clamp portion so the door would clear it but my last roof rack was the same. When installing it, be careful that the clamp portion is as vertical as possible. If it's sagging and loose you can run the clamping bolt into the fiberglass hard top. I also recommend installing some grip tape on the rails of your hard top, just so the rack does not mar it. I also learned this from my last rack. All in all, I am very happy with this rack and my pirogue clears the light bar! ... show more

Installation of this rack was pretty straight forward. Instructions were helpful. Rack does come with 4 pod lights. I haven’t tried them yet to see for function. I will use the lights somewhere else on the jeep. As far as I’m concerned they were a nice addition to a pretty budget friendly rack. Rack does seem pretty solid. Not sure if I would trust a lot of weight on it. There is some whistling from the rack as you are driving at high speeds, but, normal city driving shouldn’t be a problem. Looks like there is some sort of powder coat on the pieces, with a rough texture. We see if it holds up to the Midwest winters! For the price, I’m not expecting a lot! But if you are looking for a solid rack that has and overlander look and function, this may be for you. ... show more

These rails will slide around and mess up your roof. The designed is flawed and will not clamp properly
