Most advance stereo i have every used and installed. The sky is the limit. Words can not described all the features this has. You Tube vedios helped with installation, especially if you don't have a base model truck. Every stock feature works with this infotainment unit, ex sony sound system, front and rear camera, a/c seats, massage seats, gps, blue tooth and so on. Had to use technical support 3 times thru the whats app and he responded with the fix that day. Really feel like its a great buy, especially if you are or want to be techy. I have had it a week and haven't had any issues. Looks and sound better than the original. Thank you for this product and help. Kenny K.

I purchased this unit and got it installed. I did use technical support to troubleshoot an issue I had which was fairly responsive and helped. Once it was installed I began running some checks and found the operating system which they claim is Android 12 here is actually android 10. The reported OS version within setting is Android 13. When I asked support about it (screenshots provided) I didn't get any reply and I stopped checking after 3 days. I tried three apps that pull specs about every aspect of the device. The first one would crash after it started and the other two I attached pics showing the OS is being spoofed. I'm not ok with being lied to, but if this doesn't bother you, then everything else appears to be accurate.

2-7-23: Having been with this unit for some time now on an F150. Here what I can say. If you have side mirror spot lights. That option is gone. This unit does not support that particular option. The seat settings work but the fine adjustment is not there bit it does work. Same with massage seats. Everything else works you just have to learn to adjust. Nothing Apple is automatic. The unit will Load but when playing apple car play the sound is low. You must go to the direct bluetooth settings for audio to play normally. Not a big deal just alot of button chasing for the unti to do what factory did seamlessly. The phone….. forget it. Maybe seoid users have a better experience bit the sound transmission quality is poor on the receiving side. No matter how we set it up it just never sounds good and ultimately I have to switch over to the phone direct to be heard. There is definitely an issue with how the system manages the blue tooth connections. When using the system BT connection the phone is terrible. When you switch over to the device it is great. Alot of Thing you have to fiddle with while driving. Not a big fan. Hopefully soon some one will come out with a better ios solution. 11-22-22: sigh…… Little frustrated. Using CarPlay is very buggy. I can get everything to auto sync most of the time however, now I am experiencing no phone audio. Users can hear me but I cannot hear them. It is definitely in how the unit/Tlnk app manages the bluetooth connections. The tlink uses bluetooth connection named “carplay” as it should. Everything works with this connection however, the phone will not operate correctly on that connection. You must switch over on iPhone and choose the “car blink” connection (unit bluetooth not carplay) for bluetooth to pick up the phone audio correctly. This means you will constantly have to manipulate the devices for the service you need. While driving. I sent in another service request. Really sucks to not have a user manual…. One must constantly reach out to tech support that is overseas. That takes a full day per request…. Stay tuned… again….. 11-21-22 update: Customer service was super helpful. Turns out a simple setting needed adjusted to resolve the CarPlay no sound issue. Now working through a small bug on phone audio. Figured out the service email representative must be from overseas. Most all emails are answered during the night hours. The email address is from Asia. Very friendly and knowledgeable. 11-20-22 update. What-a bummer, first day install was great with everything working flawlessly including Apple CarPlay. Went out to vehicle to go about my day and total disappointment. All is well except Apple CarPlay. Everything works visually, FM radio work fine with sound however, the Apple CarPlay works with no sound. Tried everything one could do locally. Reset device, uninstall then reinstall connections etc. nothing….. It is Sunday here so no support available…. Sent email and left message. Stay tuned for future update. 11-17-22: This product arrived very well packaged and on time. Instructions appear to be well provided. After enduring Fords complete failure of the Sync 3 this was the option that fit the OEM features for the F Series. Plan on installing soon. Will provide update at that time:

This is by far one of the best screens out there no lag on the touchscreen and everything is smooth. Great customer service I had a problem with the sound at first. I txted them in WhatsApp and they helped me with everything I needed and went beyond. I highly recommend this for your F-150 I installed it in a couple hours on my 2015Xl

I have looked at several big screens for my 2019 Raptor. After a poor experience with Linkswell, I settled on the Yulu E10. I read a lot on Raptor Forums about this unit, some good stuff and some bad stuff. I will tell you this - the product is exactly as promised. The YouTube instruction videos are informative and easy to follow. Opening the box immediately gave me pause with all the cables, but with everything covered in the videos, I installed in about 2 hours with no issues. I really ran through a lot of settings and downloaded the apps I wanted to use (then throwing passwords in them) but the E10 did fine. I found that the 2019 vehicles have an issue with SiriusXM which I am confident will be resolved. In the meantime I am streaming that through CarPlay or on the E10 itself. The customer service through WhatsApp, text and email is very responsive. I need a patch and update for my AM/FM and that was turned quick. You will need to get a SIM card from Verizon or T Mobile, but that’s about it. Everything you need to install is included. It keeps the factory user interface which is a plus, and gives new graphics updates on the vehicle as well. Love the way it looks in the truck, fits like a glove and gives me more options than the factory system on a 2023. Definitely has an Android brain now in the truck. Very happy with my purchase and the responsiveness of the Yulu team. I recommend them and the E10 and would buy it again.
