One of the appliance bulbs in my refrigerator burned out and I was surprised to see it used 60w. Kind of crazy to have 2 incandescent bulbs burning 120w in a fridge, even if they are only on for the short time the door is open. I replaced the two in the freezer section in addition to the two in the cooler section. I selected the 5000k color and really like the crisp white (not bluish) high-tech look they give. My wife immediately noticed how much brighter they are, too. I can't speak to their longevity, but expect they will last a while since there is not much use, only a lot of on/offs which LEDs handle well compared to incandescents. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. What I liked about this product was the price and the ability to buy it and receive it quickly. What I disliked was the substandard quality of packaging that they used to send it out in, I was more then surprised that they were useable since they came to me rattling around loose in the box. That’s the one flaw that makes me afraid to order this product online again. Because I was just lucky this time but I’m not sure I can keep relying on luck for future purchases that I might decide to make. This is a great product at a fantastic price but the shipping materials use to send glass light bulbs leaves much to be desired. ... show more

The conventional LED bulbs that I usually use in our home's light fixtures were too big for the cramped space in one of my home ceiling fan's fixture. Much smaller and able to fit the fan's fixture, these bulbs nonetheless produce a decent amount of light.
