I only bought this because it was on sale as part of a bundle with the Echo 5. I thought it would be really cool to own a color changing light. Being a person who has no experience with this, I just assumed it would be quick and easy to set up. Lies and deceit. I spent weeks trying to get this thing to connect to my Echo. It never did. After lots of trouble shooting, I finally go on YouTube to the company’s instructional videos on how to reset the light bulb.     • Nice 1st smart lightbulb
I was very excited to buy this lightbulb, since it is the first smart one I have. When it arrived, I thought the installation process would run smoothly since it is Alexa ready, but I had to try several times before it worked. First month it was a delight to manage it use in Echo Dots (I got 2 combos). But after the second month, it stopped responding and the Alexa app showed the message, Server Unavailable. Then after a few weeks is working again but with lots of hiccups. I would not recommend these lightbulbs due to connectivity issues. I am now disappointed... ... show more

Great lil bulb that happened to come with my 3rd gen Echo Show. Works flawlessly using alexa on the Ech view or using app. Many color options and mixes. Easier to use all colors and mixing colors in app. Alexa is easy to turn light on and use dimmer or enhancer. And to use a few normal easy colors. All in all great lil lighting system.
