Very easy to set up the date, time, and alarm. There’s a button to turn off the alarms which is very helpful for the weekends. The alarm sound is gentle and simple but loud enough to wake someone up. It works how it’s supposed to. The alarm sound is quite annoying, with time it gets faster..but I suppose that’s how it’s supposed to be! It’s easy enough to operate. The design is okay, as is the weight and size. Overall, good value and okay buy.

I thought this clock would be simpler than it is. The light is super bright, so when I want to check the time at night I have to put it under the covers so it doesn't wake up anyone else. Also, I still can't figure out how to get the temperature to go to f instead of c. Wish my old clock hadn't died! ... show more

I like that the clock readout will go completely dark. I had to return previous orders because they remained lit all the time. I don't like that when you turn the light on in the dark of night it is startlingly bright. I'd rather get up and walk to the kitchen to check the time on the oven clock, that's less disruptive to a night's sleep. Also there are 6 buttons on the back, some of them multi-function, none clearly labeled on the all black device. Even making sure you have set the alarm or turned the alarm function off can be in doubt. In a lit room the readout is not distinct, with little contrast between numbers and background. ... show more
