The chair was comfortable. I have attempted to put in an honest review about how this chair broke in less than 60 days. I have submitted it several times. They won’t approve the bad review. I have been unable to contact the seller to have the chair replaced. So buy at your own risk.

Assembling the chair was overall easy and straightforward following the instructions from the manual. The chair is comfortable. I love that the arms can fold back so you can put the chair as close to the desk as possible without the arm hitting. About a week later the back left support for the backrest snapped into pieces. I am not sure why the plastic failed. I was hardly leaning back on it. And I am way under the maximum weight. I RMA the chair and got a replacement chair and sent the other one back with no issues. Since this replacement came in I have not had any other problems out of the chair. I have not changed the way that I use the chair because of the faulty first one. I lean back in this one as much as I normally do and everything seems structurally sound.

I've had the chair for a day and, so far, I like it. I've sat in a lot of office chairs over the last 20 years. This is a pretty standard chair with standard features. It's comfortable. The base is pad is large and not too soft. The flip up arms are a really nice feature The neck support is adjustable but the lumbar support is not. I got this chair for $100 and it's well worth the money. You'd probably have to jump up into the $350+ range to get a big difference in quality. For a home office setup, this is a great deal.

First off, I have had this chair for a couple of months and realized you have to pull the handle OUT while not sitting on it to get it to recline. This is my fault for not reading the directions as I should have. Now that I have that figured out and the tension adjusted it works wonderfully. As stated I am a touch over 300lb and 6-2 and the chair very comfortable. I can sit comfortably for a normal workday with no fatigue or strain. The ergonomics help a lot in this category. The instructions were great and it is nice to get some tools but as like many things that we have to put together I used my own tools. Only option that could have made this chair better is having the arm rest move up and down vertically. Being able to lift up the arm rest is functional enough for what I need. Great chair overall; price, easy to put together, comfortable, stable, I like the black on white color scheme (looks like vertebrae from the back). Only Con (i could probably resolve this) the headrest is easily movable. For most that could be ok but I have to readjust it if lounging back. Will buy another one to replace my child's gaming chair since those only last less than a year for the same price.

Chair is very comfortable and easy to assemble but the headpiece is damaged. Headpiece cloth came with small tears and rips. I noticed this while assembling chair. Will contact seller for help with this.

I would recommend purchasing this chair. It is comfortable to sit in, although the lumbar support is not as I had hoped. I will most likely add a small lumbar pillow when sitting for an extended period of time. The chair was fairly easy to put together, but the directions could have been clearer and the parts labeled better.

I was hopeful due to the reviews here, but this chair was an unknown quantity everywhere else online. I took a risk anyway. The assembly was dead simple. The instructions were not stellar, but pretty clear. There really wasn't anyway you can mess up assembly of this. Once assembled this chair is really nice to look at. I got the white back one, and it was really slick looking. But that is where the nice experience ended. I sat on it and immediately noticed the awful support. The seat pad is very stiff and too thin. The back gives a little lumbar push, but something in the plastic "weave" above that is lacking. Hard to explain, but let me just say I felt like I got a really bad massage by the end of my testing day after sitting in it. On top of all this the fabric they use, which covers the seat pad and the arm rests, is extremely rough. Quite unpleasant if you are moving your arm from mouse to keyboard and back again, as it brushes against the rest. I am not typically one to be bothered by such things, but it was noticeable here. So I decided to return it. And if you are still with me and get nothing else out of this review, at least read this: This chair was a pain in the butt, both literally because of the seat pad, but also figuratively due to the disassembly process and the attempt to tetris this thing back into the shipping box. This is probably the same for any office chair, so my review doesn't really reflect this part. But consider this before you buy. The risk of sight unseen is too much with something so personal and subjective, and the monumental effort of returning too great. I may never buy a chair online again (this was my first online chair return). This probably goes with any furniture you buy online, but especially so with something you sit in or lay in.
