I really like the Yougfin Cordless Angle Grinder with Brushless Motor, 20V. PROS: +The battery is compatible with Makita batteries so no proprietary charger or battery to carry around! +It packs quite a punch. It's strong enough to cut through steel and frame and pretty much anything you throw at it. +The weight of the grinder is nice too. It's not so light that it feels flimsy, but also not so heavy that it's a struggle to use. +Very affordable compared to name brands. CONS: None! This is my go-to grinder now. No, It's not a Dewalt or even a Ryobi, but I have been wanting a battery powered cut off grinder for field work and water boat work. I have numerous 110 volt models but 200 foot cords and water danger are a hassle. This kit came with a battery, a charger and cutting and grinding wheels and a case. Got it on a lightning deal for $42.00. Couldn't resist it. I took it down to the boat and it cut off some long sharp screws under the deck. They cut like butter. Then I cut off some "L" brackets that were a hazard. Worked great. I don't need one often but when I do this sure beats dragging long cords around. Probably not great for Pro work but great for small jobs around the house. ... show more

Style: 20V Power Angle Grinder Set
I got my start back in the day when all we had was corded power tools. In fact, in those days, drills didn’t even have a reverse. That was over sixty years ago, but I bought quality tools and took good care of them. It was the day when tools didn’t come with built-in obsolescence and many of those tools were still hard at work in my shop. Sure, I’ve had to replace motor brushed, bearings, and a gear here or there, but they’re still hard at work and I wouldn’t think of retiring them. I have gone cordless for the tools I use in the field because they are more convenient in that I can use them away from a power source without my having to haul a generator along. This Yougfin Angle Grinder is an awesome tool, compact yet powerful. Like I do with all the new cordless tools when they arrived, I unpacked it, made sure everything was there, and then charged the battery. After checking that it ran, I put it in my truck and forgot about it until a few days later, when I found myself flat on my back under a tractor in a customer’s plowed field. He had snapped a couple of heavy control rods which I had welded back together. They didn’t look all that pretty, but they worked. I was going to leave them like that until I remembered my new grinder. There was very little free space around those shafts, but this compact grinder got right in that tight space and smooth those welds right out until those shafts looked like new shafts. Late that same day, I used the cutting wheel that came with it to cut some thick rebar and it sliced right through them like a hot knife through butter. They build this grinder to last and I can see this angle grinder serving me for years to come, just as my corded ones have. Of course, I will have to replace the battery in the future, but that’s being expected. I just wish that it came in a more sturdy carrying case to keep it safe in the tool bin on my truck. This cordless angle grinder is well worth the $69.97 + tax that it sells for. ... show more
