I’m seriously obsessed with Hydro Flasks. I have this black one for work, a white one for home, a red one for my car, and another one for my gym bag. I didn’t get the hype until I left ice in the “car bottle” in my car, all day, on a 98 degree day, and came back to find that the ice was STILL there. These have never leaked on me, though if you fill these straw ones up too high and push the lid on too hard, you’ll get your own bellagio fountain show through the straw, but just don’t do that. Would highly recommend!

Pros: keeps drinks cold, Ice frozen for a while! i have left my water with ice in it over 24hr and came to find ice still in the cup. beautiful color, easy to hold, texture gives good grip. though, i'm knocking it 2 stars. CONS: Design flaws 1) one star due to the lid not sealing well against the cup and leaks while you are trying to drink. i am able to make it seal but not until after i have messed and reseated the lid a dozen times. i feel the 2 strips of they use for the seal is not good enough to keep it from leaking 2) the 2nd star for poor design of the lid. the lid's opening does not close. so you cant put it in your purse and must keep it up right. so if you typically put bottles and what not in your bag.... dont do that with this. though i am going to buy the lid with the straw to help eliminate the need to drink from the lid, hope it eliminates any leaking issues

Well, not much to add, I'm sure others have given enough details about Hydro Flask products. Here goes my two cents, I've purchased other insulated mug/cup/etc... fill it up at 7am, take it work and then by 10am the nectar of the gods (aka coffee) goes warm to cold. But with this Hydro Flask tumbler... it's still warm until 2:30ish... Same can be said for cold beverages, keeps it cold for a long time. You'll never be disappointed if you buy this or any of the HF products. Hope this review will be rewarded with a nice gift or pat on the butt.

I always wanted a big coffee cup that was like the largest paper cup they offer in stores. However the 22oz largest I could find in stores wasn't quite big enough. I used to actually rinse out my take out cup and use it again the next day but by the third day it leaked. So I have always searched for a xlarge cup that was most like a paper take out cup. Most travel coffee cups that resemble a paper take out coffee cup with a tight lid that just has sip hole was 16oz. I didn't want a flap or wierd slide that you need to open before you sip. I tried some popular stainless brands: Y$#i; R#%ic. But they were hard to hold on to, were top heavy by the top of the cup being wider than the base. They also were a bit too big and bulky. I love the shape of this cup which fits in my car cup holder and stays put. I know some people prefer to have a spill proof top to throw in a bag or being tossed around but I wasn't looking for that. I was looking for a top that I didn't have to flip up, that resembled a large (larger than 22oz) take out coffee cup and one that kept my coffee warm enough to last me through lunch. This fit all of my must haves. Yes, if you fill it too full to the top and you take a sharp corner or hit a large bump in your car a bit of the coffee will splash up onto the lid and pool there through the small sip hole. But the lid does not leak at all. Matter of fact the lid is a bit of a struggle to remove at the end of the day. I don't mind because its a tight seal so far. I only fill my coffee an inch from the top and I have no problems. It may not be hot enough for some by early afternoon but that doesn't bother me. I make exactly six cups of coffee and it fills the cup close to the top. 6 cups is a perfect amount for me to have no matter when I get to drink all of it. I hesitated a long time because of the price but now that I have it I don't even question my purchase. A great cup for my needs and wants.

I bought this in 2020 and have been using almost every day since! Its got a couple very small dents and scratches from me dropping it over the last couple years but otherwise is in great shape. Keeps my coffee hot all day(to hot at times that I put a couple ice cubes in it In the morning.) I do get some leaking but that’s mostly from the hydro flask straw lid I bought separately from the start so I can’t tell you how the original lid would’ve worked out since I never used it.

Love it! Great for hot and cold drinks. Usually my cold drinks create a lot of condensation and my hot drinks cool off too fast but I don’t have those problems with the hydro flask, even if I leave the lid off. Ordered the color in “fog”.

We have a few 40 oz.hydroflask leakproof style already. I wanted this as it has smaller base to fit in my vehicle cupholders. I used it with hot drinks, stays hot couple hrs, used with four ice cubes & tea stayed icy 6 hrs outside 70° soccer games. Yes the lid is not spill proof as has drink hole & air hole but does a decent job as I drink 32 oz within couple hrs so serves it's purpose. I bought some 10in flathead silicone straws and they work great with this lid & cup size too(see pic).

How many times do you pour yourself a drink then get sidetracked with cooking or chatting with company and your drink ends up being a watered-down mess when you get back to it? 🙋♀️ This cup has your back! It keeps my drink fresh for hours and even has ice in it the next day. I also load it up with ice water before I leave to run errands. It fits in my cup holder and I have ice-cold water all day. I bought it with the straw lid to make it easy to drink on the go. It is an investment but it will be your favorite cup for years!
