Well made and sturdy, just bigger and more cumbersome than expected for a home setup. Right out of the box the materials feel genuinely good quality, thick and durable rather than the flimsy feel some inflatable equipment has, and setup itself was easy. I used this myself before realizing my space just couldn't accommodate it comfortably, it's a big piece of equipment once assembled and takes up more room than expected. Ended up passing it along to my brother, who has the space for it and uses it daily now, no complaints on his end either. Great option for anyone with a dedicated workout space or home gym who wants a sturdy, well made punching bag. Just make sure the space is there first, since the size is the main thing to plan around rather than anything about the build quality. This Standing Punch bag Set i bought was really nice and i received everything it said it came with EXCEPT the pump i even sent a message to the seller stating i received everything but the pump but never he/she NEVER did respond back to me. Other then that it's a nice set even though I had to buy a pump it's just like the picture and I have already been using it, so I do enjoy it. I would recommend this to anyone starting out Boxing.

This set came in well packed and it was easy to bring out everything and building it up was super quick. We opted to use sand in our base and that was an absolute mission to try to get inside without a funnel. We probably spent a good almost hour to try to get the sand not to spill on the floor. It's not an expensive set and really worth for a starter just building out their suitable home gym. Once the sand is inside the base it is super stable and kicking and punching is no issue! It is fun to mess around and punching it with your bare hand is no issues either. The included gloves and hand wraps are great for big hands, the jump rope is definitely a starter one as it is not weighted. The hand grip trainer has an adjustable spring for different weights adjusted by you. The included air pump was amazing as we did not have one on hand, so it's definitely worth buying. I would have given this 4.5 stars but it was not that big of a deal for me, but the filler on the base was not fully assembled, and it required me to cut the side attached to "twist" it in place. But other than that it was a nice complete set!

I filled the base with sand instead of water and it held steady through my hardest cross, though it still rocked back a few inches on heavy hook combos. At 69 inches it lines up well for head and body shots if you are around 5 feet 10. The included gloves feel thin, maybe good for 20 minutes before your knuckles want more, so I swapped in my own pair. Assembly took about 25 minutes with no tools. Good pick for casual cardio boxing, less ideal if you throw full-power kicks.

This is a large and very fun punching bag, made of heavy vinyl material, presumably built to withstand pummeling and kicking from full grown adults. It stands a little over 5ft tall, and is stabilized with a weighted base filled with sand or water. The vertical portion of the bag is a separate air chamber. The included pump is very efficient and fills it very quickly. You do not have to completely fill the base to use the bag, but the more water or sand you use, the less likely it is that your punch or kick will knock it over. And, of course, the more weight you add to the base, the harder it is to move it to another location. There is a provision for filling any remaining space in the base with air. I chose to fill it 3/4 full with water, as I did want to move it a bit and assumed that water would empty out more easily than sand. It did empty and pack down quickly for storage, and the deflation port on the pump helped speed that along. A number of accessories are included to make your workout more productive. A jump rope, heavy duty resistance band, a grip strength trainer, padded gloves, and sets of sweat band/protection for wrists, palms and elbows. It also includes a some repair patches for the inevitable puncture that always occurs with inflatables. As to the included accessories, I think I will get the most use out of the jump rope, grip trainer and resistance bands. The gloves are a bit small for adult sized hands, and frankly are unnecessary for this setup. However, the gloves and the sweat bands are part of the “costume” so it can be just part of the fun to wear them, and no reason to deduct stars for this. Using them or not does not impact the effectiveness of the bag or accessory tools, which provide a great workout on their own. This set, overall, is a great stress reliever and a fun addition to an exercise routine for kids as well as adults. It’s not a professional setup by any means, but it’s a good value for this price point.

The standing bag is a convenient option for practicing punches at home without having to mount anything to the ceiling. Once the base is properly filled, it stays reasonably stable during normal training. The height works well for adult practice, and the included training accessories add some variety. It can move a little with harder punches, but for regular home workouts it performs well

The standing punching bag is the perfect addition to your home space when space is limited. This punching bag set comes with everything you need when you unbox this. You get an electric air pump with different attachments that can also be used on other items in your home. They provide you with gloves, grip strengthener, jump rope, and a resistance band. I set it up pretty quickly and both my grandson and I were hitting the bag. We filled the base with water instead of sand. The bag itself seems like it will hold up for quite some time depending on care. I love the fact that is filled with air which makes it more stable when you hit it versus regular stand bags no matter how hard you hit it.

In my estimation .. this set is NOT suitable for adults. Its a fun little set since it includes so much to do but I think this would be most suited for perhaps setting up in your own home gym so that the youngster in you life can work out along side you as you work out on a proper punching bag. I would have certainly enjoyed having my daughter when she was young go through the paces with me using this set as it includes a hand gripper, jump cable and assorted other activities. Up to 13-14 years of age I think this would be fine. There are inexpensive vinyl boxing gloves, though I don't think they would be necessary since the upper of the bag is just an air filled vinyl cylinder. The vinyl is VERY thin. Less so than my inflatable kayak. The means of having this stand are by filling the bottom area with some sand or water but that chamber also takes air as the base is inflatable as well. So you fill it say half way with water or sand and then have to blow it up. I took a pic that shows the two valves next to one another. It does come with a small air pump. Then you have in essence a 4 ft or so cylinder filled with air not unlike the punching clowns us old guys used to have as kids except this cant move around because of the sand and water in the base. Like I said .. seems kids arent getting enough exercise anymore since they are attached to electronics. I think this would be perfect to take your 13-14 yr old son or daughter out to the garage so you guys could work out together but this is not built for adult usage.
