I was looking for a bright enough floor lamp for the living room that’s solid enough and won’t cost too much. This one fits the requirement. The built was smooth and solid, to put it together was a breeze, the brightness is quite satisfying. One unique feature is the side arm which you can twist to point at any direction for extra lighting. The main light and side light can be turned on/off individually and the light temperature can be adjusted as well. I’ll give it more time to comment on the reliability. Update: I ran into the same issue as another reviewer, the remote stopped to function after a few days of usage thus I have to drop the star. This is still a highly promising product, if the manufacturer can fix a few glitches. ... show more

This light isnt a decorative looker, but it isnt a bad looking piece. That is pretty much the only negative-ish thing I have to say about it. Its moved its way from my living room into my office and now its taken place of my lamp on my nightstand. The little swing arm reading light is very useful. I use it as a nightlight sometimes when my husband sleeps, and I love that each light has its own little button. The brightness with the All On buttn is pleasantly bright, and the different light colors ( or rather tones) help too. I usually like it on the warm setting, the white one is a bit too white and isnt comfortable on the eyes in my opinion. The magnet on the remote is very useful- just stick it on the pole of the lamp. Its not something I would typically chose to buy, but I love it and I would readily buy this again for a different space. ... show more

I have been on the hunt for "the" floor lamp for some time now. As silly as that may sound at first glance when you really think about how much our light sources impact our day to day lives you may start your own journey... This means I have been testing everything from the obvious things like "how well does it product light?" to "How stable is the base" or "What extra Q.O.L options does it include?" In the end, I've made my own arbitrary rating sheet so there is some semblance of comparison from item to item. Here that wonderful thing is: Lumens at 1 meter* (Primary): 960 lm Lumens at 1 meter* (Secondary): 895 lm Center Room Test*: 105 lm Temperature Control: Yes, 3 options via on lamp. Unstepped via remote. Dimming: Yes, unstepped dimming control. Remote Control: Yes, but also has on lamp controls. Some features are only accessible via the remote however Extra Features: Sleep Timer Solid and heavy base. Quick disconnect power cable for safety and knock down protection. * All primary tests done 1 meter with sensor directly angled towards direct center of light source.     • The top light elements don't turn on.
After assembly the top light elements did turn on. I suspect there is some sort of break in the connection. The remote doesn't work and does not control the lower light, the only light the actually provides light. It seems to made with defective workmanship. I'm getting the shoddy products China sends us and Bozos sells increasing our deficit with the China. I would not recommend this product. ... show more

    • Functional and easy to use
I've been using this lamp for a few weeks now and it has been especially helpful after coming out of the hospital. Sometimes it's hard to get up to put the light on (or turn it off) and having the remote is great. I'm still not using the remote to it's full capabilities but even just having an on/off switch at my fingertips helps. The upper lights are not super bright but do light up an entire room. The bottom light is like a spotlight and I have used the spotlight to help me see my embroidery better. It was easy to assemble (I did it without help). It came well packaged so that it wasn't damaged at all. I haven't figured out how to change a bulb if one burns out. I'm not even sure that's possible but I will figure it out if I need to.     • Fantastic Floor Lamp with a Remote with Average Range.
This is a great 3 in 1 floor lamp with clean contemporary style. It’s very bright at its brightest setting and I love the flexibility to be able to control both brightness and color temperatures. It’s easy to adjust the angle of the main light and reading light, too. Although there are switches on the lamp to turn it on and off, and to adjust brightness, most of the functions are controlled by the remote and that can be the weakness of this lamp in some situations. The advertised range of the remote is 49 feet, but actual range I tested is less than 12 feet. Once the remote is about 8 - 10 feet away from the lamp, the response of the lamp to the remote starts becoming erratic, and I can’t even turn it on or off once I’m 12 feet away or more. Since the remote works very well in short distance, as long as the lamp is close to you, this won’t be a problem, but if the lamp is placed in a corner of a large living room or office, you won’t be able to control it from the other side of the room. One little surprise bonus I’ve discovered is that this remote has a magnet on its back and it attaches to the lamp to prevent being misplaced.
