The clutch is super cute, but it looks like it may have been a return. The chain/strap for the shoulder was missing and it didn't have any tags. I have purchased a few things from Charming Tailor, and they have always been nice and had tags. I am returning this since it didn't come with the chain. I ordered a new one and just received a message that something happened to it during shipping, so I won't have a new one in time for what I needed it for next week.
