This is better than I expected. It was packaged very well. No breakage. This is a great first basketball hoop. Great for entry level goals for kids, affordable, impeccably assembled and easy to use. The quality of this basketball hoop is good. It was easy to assemble. We have gotten a lot of use out of this basketball hoop and it looks like it is still pretty new. The height was perfect for my 10 yo son. Two cons were the size of the backboard and quality of the netting. The backboard is smaller than I imagined and the netting also faded pretty quickly. Ok so first off. I just got done building this. Directions are somewhat weird as far as steps go but not hard to figure out. They provided extra hardware for every bolt needed as well as a couple cheap wrenches if you don't have a 13 + 14mm on hand which is nice. Everything lined up like it should and it seems to be a very well made and sturdy setup that will last. Now the add part is why I can also say customer service is responsive. The same day I was to receive this I got a random hoop and net (no stand, backboard, etc) and thought I got jipped so started the process of getting a refund.. couple hours later fed ex shows up with the one I actually ordered. In the end I had zero issues but the company did respond to my original refund request quickly, stating if I took pictures of the issue they'd send whatever necessary to fix free of charge. So although I didn't actually need their customer support it's nice to know they are there if you did need them. ... show more

Kids and adults love this basketball hoop! Easy to adjust height for different ages. I didn't have a cinder block on it only filled with water and the adults were playing a serious game of basket ball and it fell over (oops) and didn't break! So I'd say that's pretty durable. In less than 3 months the net colors are already fading, I guess that's why they include 2 in the box. You'd think 90 days wouldn't be when you started seeing signs of age. Assembly was ok, this is inexpensive and we'll see how long it lasts for my 8 year old

Shipping was pretty quick. Easy to assemble for a mom and teen son. After 2 weeks of him enjoying it daily sadly the rims weld broke off. Contacted amazon help. Tried 3 replacement rims but none fit. Amazon didn't get back so I contacted seller. They were very helpful and shipped a replacement rim asap. My teen is very excited to get the new rim and play again.
