This is better than I expected. It was packaged very well. No breakage. This is a great first basketball hoop. Great for entry level goals for kids, affordable, impeccably assembled and easy to use. I am very happy with it so far and would recommend. The size is perfect for the driveway and can be easily moved as needed. The quality of this basketball hoop is good. It was easy to assemble. We have gotten a lot of use out of this basketball hoop and it looks like it is still pretty new. The height was perfect for my 10 yo son. Two cons were the size of the backboard and quality of the netting. The backboard is smaller than I imagined and the netting also faded pretty quickly. Ok so first off. I just got done building this. Directions are somewhat weird as far as steps go but not hard to figure out. They provided extra hardware for every bolt needed as well as a couple cheap wrenches if you don't have a 13 + 14mm on hand which is nice. Everything lined up like it should and it seems to be a very well made and sturdy setup that will last. Now the add part is why I can also say customer service is responsive. The same day I was to receive this I got a random hoop and net (no stand, backboard, etc) and thought I got jipped so started the process of getting a refund.. couple hours later fed ex shows up with the one I actually ordered. In the end I had zero issues but the company did respond to my original refund request quickly, stating if I took pictures of the issue they'd send whatever necessary to fix free of charge. So although I didn't actually need their customer support it's nice to know they are there if you did need them. ... show more

Great product price is great on this one for sure! Not sure about indoor use maybe if you didn’t use all the poles with it I guess. You can adjust the size on this one. Fun for all ages my 6 year old plays with this including my husband and myself as well!

Shipping was pretty quick. Easy to assemble for a mom and teen son. After 2 weeks of him enjoying it daily sadly the rims weld broke off. Contacted amazon help. Tried 3 replacement rims but none fit. Amazon didn't get back so I contacted seller. They were very helpful and shipped a replacement rim asap. My teen is very excited to get the new rim and play again. He likes how tall it can adjust and ease of portability. He rolls it from the backyard to front driveway often. ... show more

You get what you pay for. Understanding that this is a very inexpensive net, I bought this for my kiddo to explore his interest in basketball. At first we loved it. The water felt like enough to hold it although we did supplement with other weight over top of the base just incase. Even put together as tightly as we could, my 5-year old throwing the ball would pivot the top of the net with each throw. It started to rust after just a couple of weeks. In total, it lasted us 1 summer, did alright sitting outside over the winter but then one very strong storm sent it over and it did not survive the fall. The backboard cracked and split terribly. I did like the adjustment feature, which is why we went with this one, because we knew he was in-between levels and the net height would change for him between seasons. All in all it was OK, but I’d invest in a really nice net on the next one. ... show more
