one plastic piece of this chair arrived broken, and the assembly instructions were a little vague at points. This did not impact the functionality of the chair however and i am REALLY enjoying it now. The vibrations are gentle enough that they aren't loud and don't disrupt my work, but they still feel nice. the chair is big and comfortable. My hubby gave me this chair for Christmas for the heat and massage. My office stays cold especially in the winter. Works well. Cord could be aggravating if you roll around a lot but I don’t so it’s perfect. Massage works well.

Nice product only issue is it require to be plugged in to the wall thus you have to be a little careful not to have the plug pulled out when you it.

My boyfriend loves this chair!! He has horrible back problems. So between the massage and heating features, this chair works wonders for him. For whatever reason after a few months one of the wheels separated. I reached out to the company. They were amazing!! They responded so quickly and sent us two new wheels in three days time. It's back and working with just a quick change of the wheel. So a major win! I would definitely recommend this chair! Their customer service is on point! Well done!!

I was on the hunt for a better ergonomic chair that had features to support a long workday. The massage features are fantastic. The heat exceeds my expectations in that it heats up enough to be therapeutic unlike some where you can hardly feel the heat. All of these factors together make this a great chair. If you’re looking for something decent without breaking the bank, I highly recommend this chair.

This chair is really comfortable but I'm sad to say the wheels are the worst, it's extremely difficult to slide once you're sitting down even out of the chair to move it does not glide easily at all. Would love to give it 5 stars but the wheels are the worst that I've ever experienced with an office chair. I hope the company takes this into consideration.

Update 1/23/23 Can I give this no starts? I am off the fence and highly recommend do not buy this chair. On top of not being satisfied with it, I went to request a return and found out they do not pay for return shipping! EVERYTHING else I ever needed to return on Amazon I was able to return through Kohls. I contacted the seller asking for them to cover shipping cost and they refused. Suggested I sell it myself. If I was to sell it myself I would still have to pay for shipping and how would I sell something I do not like myself? The cost of shipping was almost the cost of the chair itself. I found a deal on UPS for 40% off shipping so I took advantage of that. Then to find out the seller charged me almost $45 restocking fee. So there goes my savings. This chair is currently unavailable and don't know if or when it be available. My advice if it comes back available DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR! and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! _____ I want to be a little more honest with my review than I feel the ones I read were before buying this chair. I just got this chair today, was 2 days early so that is a plus and mainly the reason for 3 stars. I struggled a bit with the instructions mainly on the arms. Once I finally figured out the first one the second one went together without issue. I am a little heavy but not a large man and this chair seems a little narrow to me. Pushing on the cushions they feel pretty soft, but after sitting in the chair for a while, it is not all the comfortable. I liked the idea of having a heated messaging/vibrating chair, not sure it is all it is cracked up to be. The power cord is rather short and I was rather disappointed when I found out it was on the wrong side for where my outlet is at. I haven't even had it a full day and am already thinking of returning it.

First of all, I love the heat function of this chair. However, I did have to buy a seat cushion because the one on the chair is quite hard. I also wish the arms moved.
