My daughter had this chair for a month and a half and one of the wheels started to break on one of the legs. The plastic bent and it would no longer support the wheel. I put a question to the seller about replacement parts and if they were available. I was contacted literally within 10 mins of sending the message and got a replacement part that was stronger and metal vs plastic within days delivered to my house with no cost to me. It's okay-ish, I guess. It's a PITA to build. You wouldn't think it would be that difficult but the screws would not properly screw in. It's also very shallow and arm rests are very far back . Kind of feels like you're falling....constantly. If it didn't feel like that, I'd say it's fairly comfortable....if I wasn't scared I was gonna fall on my face. But this is yet another product that I had to literally have my daughter carry it up because I can’t lift due to back injury. To be fair, ive only had this for a day but i still love it. The instruction video to install was so bad, and the screws they provided mixed me up, so I almost broke the chair putting the wrong screws in but i fixed it overall. People saying there is a screw issue just need to put the provided washers. You have to degass the chair, because the factory smell is on the chair but if you leave it out overnight it should be gone. It looks great, its stable, and the color matches my desk. Its somewhat comfortable, not over-edge but I can still see myself sitting in this for hours. Overall, great product. They also overpackaged, meaning there were too much plastic and foam in the box, which kind of hurt as an environmentalist but It doesn't make a difference. Again, amazing product. ... show more

It doesn't cost much, the back support is decent, and it can still move around on thick rugs. Haven't had any issues with durability. Don't drink and recline too much or you'll fall like I did and hit your head on a table causing damage to your ear's cartilage and making you suspect an attempt against a certain prominent figure was faked for political clout. You might consider getting a pillow to sit on, there's not a ton of cushioning so prolonged sitting can be uncomfortable until you get used to it. Overall not bad, I need another chair for a different room so if I don't find something better I'll get another one of these. ... show more
