I used this once and now it will not turn on again after I have done all the troubleshooting trips from several sites! I also discovered that they only sent me a partial charger (I used another), so this makes feel this is a sleazy REFURBISHED version vs. the new model I believed I was ordering. The screen is NOT backlit as they say, which is a total lie! A number of other folks have commented on this as well. Run, Run, Run. Buy somewhere else! I was skeptical. It's a solid little notebook. I really like it. You tube, small business quick books, surfing no problem. Long battery life, touch screen works well. Using to mouse is a little different, but easy to adjust to it. It's not your phone and it's not your PC. It's like they had a baby.

My folks rarely view their personal account so now the have another email to worry about plus their memories are not what they were once so here the need another password to log on to the system. I got this computer when I was in a desperate spot and I was thinking it would be the best I could do for now. I love the computer, it works great, the battery life is amazing, the foldable feature makes it great for reading and casual browsing. My wife and daughter love it as well. I love the fact that is links to my android phone and essentially when I am on the computer I do not need to worry about checking my phone at all because it comes up on the computer.
